There is a coin laundry which is very helpful. Check in time is too rigid, it has to be at 3. Request for early check in at 12 is not possible.

The hotel is quite good, the hotel staff is friendly and cleanliness is guaranteed because the hotel lobby area is always mopped, the rooms are also clean and there is a dispenser for free refills of drinking water.

This hotel has always been a regular customer since long ago. The hotel is close to the dining location and is comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff is kind and friendly. Also helpful. But now it's a little sad and disappointed. The reception staff. The women are all friendly and can work together. The men are a little different and less friendly and less helpful. For example, I left my cellphone battery charger behind and I asked to check it. It was really unhelpful and unfriendly, immediately answering indifferently that there was nothing. Because I tried to ask for help to check it. Then call the cleaning to ask. It turned out my stuff was there. And it was brought back to me. No one said sorry or anything. Why is that? If you help others. Later you will also be helped. Don't be arrogant or follow your mood in working. Please be a little more friendly and professional. Because if you don't really need it, we won't ask or bother. Thanks. Overall everything is okay.

I've been staying here twice as referred by my friend. And I really like the hotel ambience, location, its spacious room and friendly staff. I hope they can keep a good maintenance of the property. For sure I'll come back again to this hotel whenever I visit Penang. Keep up the good work yaa 👍🏻
