The receptionist check-in is too slow, the room on the app side is finished! Waiting for a while, getting the room is not the same as the picture. Room is very small. The morning is very noisy.

The hotel staff received my father's ID card and lost it without any support to get my ID card back. Actually, for the first time at the hotel, the hotel lost the ID card of the guest. The receptionist signed and received it.
