The staff had no courtesy to open the door to enter the room while we were outside and at our checkout. The staff who refunded the room insurance money from Bangladesh.

There is no receptionist, just a few Indian guy standing at the lobby, when I gave the deposit to him, I already asked for the bill. The room quite big but not clean. If I have to call the service, I have to call their number with their Malaysia’s number, how difficult!

Location very strategic. Near to imbi monorail station. Requested 240myr deposit, only last time when I checked out at Infokan there was a taxi for tourists of 40 MYR. Previously there was no info at all. Maybe next time I can explain the problem again, okay overall.

There is no receptionist. You need to call upon check in and then this Indian guy will pass you the key. The room totally different from the picture. The room and furniture are old. need to be renewed. I booked deluxe for 3 people, instead they gave me studio standard for 2 people with no TV, broken Microwave, old sofa. wifi was not good. Towels got yellow stains. it was disgusting. I will never stay here again. Other rooms event worst, I heard a lady complained. She booked 2 rooms for her family. There were so many cockroaches come into their food. when they asked for housekeeping. They didn't come. The serviced was bad.

The door cannot function. Cannot access. Have to use key to lock. The photo show in the website different. For example I buy premier deluxe and when I entered the room the room different from website photo.

Water heater is not working. Water pipe is broken. Need to wait for 5 hours to fix.

AC information (1 ouble bed and 1 single bed), in written vouchers the rooms are ad2-09 but given ad2-01 we think there are 2 kt, It turns out that only 1 word and 1 extra bed.

So comfortable and good with the pools and everything yet below is a shopping mall.

Rooms have no kitchen, check-in time is a bit difficult, overall is okay, location is close to the mall and Alor street.

Poor service..they provide me a different room, it is not the same with the detail given.the staff is very rude.will not book for the hotel again.the room is very dirty.i book for 3 nights and they do not doing any cleaning. 👎🏻

poor kitchen equipment, the extra bed not comfortable and the AC not cold, although I've told the guys about it but he didn't admit it!
