I booked a room m3 Tet, about 3 hours after booking the hotel called to say that they had received another guest and canceled my room while my family was moving to the hotel, at that time it was 8:30 pm and it was very difficult to find a room during Tet, the hotel said that because I did not arrive to check in at 5 pm, the hotel had the right to cancel my room without notice. I thought that before receiving another guest, the hotel could call to ask if I was coming and then cancel, right, because clearly I had booked in advance with confirmation from Traveloka. I asked the hotel to help me find a hotel nearby for my family to stay temporarily, but they also refused. It was late at night and I still had to go around looking for a hotel room, it was very difficult. Other guests who book, please note to confirm the time of arrival at the hotel to avoid the same situation as my family.

My room was very hot, there were few mirrors, only one in the toilet, which was inconvenient for people who like to travel.

I really like this hotel, I booked a room with 2 single beds without a balcony, but the staff gave me a room with 3 single beds with a balcony, the room is super spacious, there is a coffee shop below, which is extremely convenient.

The hotel is located in a central location, convenient to travel. Reception service ok, staff polite. I stayed for a short time so the room was ok. The only negatives are the wifi is a bit poor and the hot water is weak.

When I got to the exam room at the hotel, I was not very enthusiastic, but there was a receptionist who was more enthusiastic and funny.

The room was tiny and the price was not that cheap. It was a little smelly also. The receptionist didn't care to smile at anyone. This hotel is more like a place for young people to stop by after watching movies at vincom. Definitely not a family friendly one.
