The service is top-notch. The security guards are attentive when the parking lot is full, and the bus drivers are also very kind. The receptionist is also helpful. However, the room service could be improved.
1. When checking in, there wasn't any liquid soap in the bathroom, so we had to inform the receptionist.
2. The underfloor space in the room was extremely dirty. It didn't seem to be cleaned, did it? It was very dusty.
The food is delicious, but if you want an omelet, you have to wait in line. Sometimes one person requests 10 eggs at once. The hotel should limit the number of people to two so they can get their turn faster.
I've been here three times. I don't know why the third time felt different, not as enjoyable as the first and second. Could it be due to the power outage in Kalimantan or something else? But thank you, Dayang Resort Singkawang. Hopefully, it will improve.
