I stayed for 2 nights, 14th floor, airy room, good soundproofing, very attentive staff, especially breakfast is always kept warm so it's delicious, I'm very satisfied. I tried staying at several hotels to choose the most suitable one so that I don't have to choose every time I come to Da Nang. I found Bella Maison very good. Next time I will book Bella again. But I don't see a basement for motorbikes for guests to rent motorbikes? I don't know if the hotel has a place to park motorbikes.

Ưu điểm: Khách sạn mặt biển vị trí siêu đẹp. Phòng ốc đẹp, buffet ngon so với giá phòng. Mình ấn tượng với việc check in phục vụ tận nơi, nhanh gọn , và rất support dù mình đến sớm hơn giờ check in tiêu chuẩn. Dịch vụ spa đang được km 50%.Menu các nhà hàng tiêu chuẩn khá fine-dining, chế biến ngon, giá ổn. Nhược điểm: Khách sạn bảo trì bể bơi, có hẹn là sẽ báo lại, nhưng chẳng thấy báo lại. Vòi sen phòng 603 bị lỏng nên bật vòi cầm tay là bắn nước ra từ cả vòi trên đầu. Nhà hàng menu hơi đơn điệu và phục vụ chủ yếu là món Âu. Nhân viên các bộ phận ngoan nhưng đều chưa chủ động và nhanh nhẹn trong cung cách phục vụ. Chỉ cần nhanh nhẹ nhàng, và chủ động để ý đến các chi tiết thì chất lượng khách sạn sẽ được cải thiện đáng kể. Cảm ơn vì đã góp phần mang đến 1 kỳ nghỉ vui vẻ.

The hotel is conveniently located for dining. Right at My Khe beach, the sea is very beautiful, clean and clear, even seeing fish. Room is comfortable. The restaurant on the 20th floor cooks very well, mainly European dishes. Bar with nice view, cheap drinks. Will definitely be back.

I am not satisfied because my room is not the same as in the picture when I booked, and there is a request for a large bed. However, when I check in, it's just a sea view and the bed is 2 beds, if so, from the beginning I book a lower room class and then put the bed together, right, but I have lost money for the high class. than get a room like this. However, ignoring the very unsatisfactory room service, on the contrary, the attitude and behavior of the staff is very good and cute, I give it a great rating because the staff is like that.

Mình đã có trải nghiệm không muốn nói là tệ nhg thực sự là không hài lòng chút nào. Mặc dù đã xem các đánh giá nhg thực sự như bị lừa. Thứ nhất về chất lượng phòng: với giá tiền hơn 1.6tr thì phòng đó quá xấu, tiện nghi không có đầy đủ như ghi trên thông tin đặt phòng. Thứ 2 về bf sáng thật sự rất rất tệ, đồ ăn mặn, vài món lèo tèo, toàn đồ linh tinh ,,, vô tình đi trg thang máy cũng có mấy gia đình cùng chê chứ không pải ý kiến chủ quan của mình Thứ 3 bể bơi mùi clo nồng nặc không dám xuống luôn. Nói chung là không bh quay lại ah, cách âm phòng cg kém nữa chứ. khách sạn như này mà cg 4* thì chịu rồi.

Khách sạn gần biển. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ,nv thân thiện, vui vẻ buffe sáng thì hơi ít món👍
