Arrived at 12, checked in at 2. Requested a smoking room, but was given a non-smoking one. The food was mediocre, like it wasn't hotel food. Not up to par. Ordered rib soup, but it tasted like school soup.

It was really comfortable to stay here, the rooms were always clean, fragrant, and well-maintained, the hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast menu was very filling and delicious (thanks to the chef). It's a shame I didn't have time to swim yesterday, even though the pool was really comfortable, it's really the best here.

The parking lot is quite spacious, the staff are friendly, but when I wanted to check in, I was told to wait quite a long time, but the hotel is good.

The outdoor AC is very noisy, so it really disturbs your sleep.

staying here sometimes gets a comfortable room and not comfortable, the last time I stayed here I got a chance with the best view but I got room facilities that were not very clean, from the pillows that smelled musty and the MCB cover in the cupboard was still not installed, hopefully in the future I will be in Bekasi again, once again thank you 🙏
