There aren't any staff members staying at the hotel,My room had no electricity, it was very hot, I walked around the hotel and called staff but there was no one, I want to check out but no one is meeting and the staff is keeping my money, hoping Traveloka will help me,A hotel is so bad, I'm very upset

In terms of price I'm satisfied because this hotel is cheap for a four-room room. But unfortunately the fourth mattress is very uncomfortable to sleep because it is too close to the AC position if the AC is on. Finally guests who sleep on the fourth mattress choose to sleep together under (one mattress together), Of course this can be done if you know each other. For the check-in and check-out process is rather troublesome because there is no front officer who always stands by, so you have to call first and wait a while. If you want to check-out in the morning I suggest to check-out the day before for fear that you will not be able to hand over to take a key deposit of 300 thb because the front officer does not stand by at any time and if the morning is sometimes a bit longer then be ordered we.
