Hey! Just wanted to say—my stay was honestly so great. Everyone was super nice, the room was spotless and cozy, and everything just felt easy and relaxed. The location's perfect too—right near the city and super close to a convenience store, which made things really convenient. Thanks a ton! I'll for sure be coming back next time I'm around.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, close if you want to go for a walk.

Great location at a very quaint street in the heart of the city.

The location is strategic! In front of hotel got a small supermarket, which easy for us to get some necessities and all. Staff was friendly, and room is nice. We got at most top level, and there 's no sound disturbing from the road-site. Quite near to waterfront if I walks, but for elderly, may be to tired/far to walk there.

Near the city center, around the hotel lots of food is sold and there is also an Everise supermarket.

Good hotel, on main bus route to orangutans, can walk to riverside in 10-15 minutes.

I lost 2 cans of soda in the refrigerator as I was asked to move from 1 room to another due to occupancy rate. However, when I asked for 2 cans of soda in the previous room, the lobby staff only gave us 1 back and told us another 1 might be taken by the cleaning staff. I was so disappointed as there is no responsibility over this matter. The cleaning staff said they don't know where is the other can of soda. A bunch of irresponsible staff. Please be careful of your belongings if you are to choose to stay at this hotel.

The price is right and the location is good for finding food and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is clean and fragrant, although the hotel is small but it feels luxurious. The staff service is good and friendly. The breakfast is also suitable for me. Everywhere is close, next time I want to stay here again if I go to Kuching 👍🏻👍🏻 Keep up the spirit, Meritin Hotel staff, to continue providing good service

Clean and simple hotel with great location. Which you can get food just 50 m away and walk around to riverfront. Breakfast are very little choice, should provide more variety and not everyday same menu.

Location is great. Friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast is average. However, cleanliness can be improved, especially the towels.

Nice & clean room. However the room was not sound proof. You can listen to people running around upstairs.

Okay, good, clean, location close to food and supermarkets for shopping, for those who bring a car, park in a public place.

Kamar bersih dan terang. Resepsionis sangat membantu, ada masalah di kamar setelah diberitahu langsung ditangani. Kamar yang menghadap ke jalan depan, agak berisik kalo malam karena suara dari luar hotel.

To sum up, its a 3 stars hotel with 5 stars services. I like how the lobby and corridor always smell so nice. And the receptionist and room services are very friendly and helpful.
