The living room is clean, but the sofa is stained. The room is clean, but the sheets are not very clean. There are many containers of other colors. The toilet is clean, but the toilet bowl is not very clean. There is a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave. The TV has Netflix & YouTube. Easy. The air conditioner is slow to cool. You only get 1 room card, which is a bit difficult if there are many people staying. You can't go in and out very much because the card has to be used for electricity. But overall it's okay. It's better to take an apartment because it's difficult to park if the hotel is full. The apartment has parking.

Front desk asking me time to clean room, but until my check out theres no cleaning services. Also I thought room have window but no, I'm asking front desk to changing room during check in time, the boy said to wait til tomorow even morning staff said they have it from that night check in time. It should be better.

My 1st time here. Receptionist bagus. Friendly. Servis cepat. Waterpark sesuai untuk kanak-kanak dan juga dewasa.

The room is not big but very clean. The car park is very limited. The breakfast service at the room. The gym has a nice view to laguna water park and is clean. The best experience is Laguna water park suitable for children and also for adults and not crowded. Overall I feel comfortable with this hotel 's services.

1.) Pay RM300++ but the room is too small and it's really uncomfortable and not comparable to the price.. it's hard to pray because the room is very small.. if you compare it with the price of a room in another hotel it's really comfortable and you're very dissatisfied 2.) The water pipes in the toilet and shower are leaking 3.) The wooden bed makes a sound like it's about to collapse 4.) The food is also expensive, order maggie sauce to remind you to cook but I was surprised to find that the maggie cup is empty, just put an eye egg in it, but up to rm13++ it's not worth it

I just can say this hotel is so god. From check in to check out everything very smooth. I like the vibes here very family kind of concept although I travel alone. Surprisingly the food also so nicee and kudos to the chef cooked perfectly all the dishes. Kudos to all the team grand orient from hotel manager Mr. James and his team doin a fantastic job making hospitality great again. Definitely will come again and bring my family to enjoy their theme park.

Get the price of rm154 2h1m, 4 waterpark tickets. Worth the fun kids. Staff are all ok. Rooms and waterpark are ok for the price. But if you can get an expensive price from here, it's not worth it because the standard room price is RM90 for 1 night. This is a sincere review
