It is old. In our room many lights could not be turned on. The water pressure is not strong enough, but still acceptable. The owner is kind to let us occupy a twin double bedroom, even we did order a double bedroom only, because it is low season. There are not many restaurants and eateries nearby. It is not a big problem, because we travel around a lot and only return at night. It is not far from Son Tra peninsular and beaches. For the price we pay, and if you are not picky and too fond of fancy places, we recommend this guesthouse.
