First of all, I chose this hostel because of its proximity to the local market and the Songkran celebrations. I was greeted unfriendly by the female staff there. I mean, this is hospitality service, but the woman was unfriendly, there was no smile and greeting to the guests. I thought it was basic hospitality, but she didn't have it. The room was too messy with large suitcases, a locker was provided but it was too small and had no lock. The toilet was not clean because it felt sticky and had a lot of hair. The most shocking thing was the bed I got was the upper bed and it had no handle when getting up and down, I only had to rely on the stairs to hold on to, the iron next to the bed was also only half. Finally, when I checked out, the unfriendly female staff asked for my deposit card. I already said I had taken it last night, but she still asked for it with a curt and cold look. It left a bad impression of this hostel.

This hostel fits me well. I stayed there 5 days and everything went so well.

This is a great hostel that's excellent value for money. It's clean, but the only downside is that the tenants who rent the dorm rooms monthly often behave in a way that disturbs the sleep of walk-in guests. I wish the hostel would stop allowing these people to rent the dorm rooms monthly.

I decided to stay here because of the good reviews and the location didn't seem bad, but I was very disappointed with the service from the reception staff. Upon arrival, there was no greeting or willingness to serve. During check-in, the staff spoke abruptly and avoided eye contact, as if they didn't want to provide service, even though we spoke politely. When we asked for more information, we received dismissive answers. The room was okay, and the bathroom was clean and dry, as if no one had used it except during our stay. However, the negative experience with the service makes me not want to stay here again. I hope the hotel will improve and train its night shift staff to have a better service-oriented attitude.

The staff at night shift was not so friendly. I greeted her nicely, but her tone when we spoke sounded grumpy. When I tried to explain, she did not listen first before making assumptions.

Room and interioro Cleanliness bad :( 11PM-7AM there's no hotel staff. So if you have trouble, do it yourself. Because I got low rate when I booked this property, well cheap but with bad facilites.

I arrived a bit late in the evening, when I checked in and went to the wrong laundry room, the staff was a bit annoyed. Otherwise, everyone was happy. The room was okay for my needs. The shared toilet was also comfortable, but everyone wore slippers so the floor got dirty quickly even though there was a slipper sticker outside 😅 It's not near BTS but it's not far from the bus stop. Overall, it's okay 😁

Strategic location on the main road. Clean bathroom with bidet. The downside is the reception is not 24 hours only 7-23:00 so it's difficult if you have an early flight. There is no lift, so it's a bit sore.

Staff at the reception counter was so nice and can speak English well. I am staying at level 5 in a private room, and I noticed only my room was there, but still, it was a nice stay except for the part with no lift, so be prepared not to bring a heavy bag like me. 🥹. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, and the hostel itself has a cafe. Please try the pink drink. It's so good!

Usually hostels have someone on guard even if we check in at night or don't leave the room key at the reception desk. Here check in at 11pm. I only arrived at 11.30 pm. I tried contacting the hostel number listed on the application. He said that was not the hostel's hoft number. Why do you have to include another hostel number? The room I paid for last night forced me to sleep on the sofa when I was tired when I arrived. Surprisingly, it turned out that the guard was sleeping in the hostel and there were several people. Why did you just watch me sleep outside and ask for help? You guys are paid to work, you know. I'm a single woman again, duh. Not really nice. It's a waste of time to pay for a hostel.

I like this hostel. I have stayed here a few times, but I noticed in my recent booking that they don't change the blanket covers. They only spray it with perfume. Sad to have discovered this. I hope they would improve on this.
