Pas check in lama, kamar belum siap, sampai sana pukul 14.10, masuk kamar baru jam 14.40, check out telat 20 menit kena charge 50 ribu, kolam renang beda dengan yang di gambar aplikasi, dapet unitnya di tower di lantai 32, wifi kenceng, gak ada dispenser, AC nya dingin, parkiran kedaraan mahal, gak flat, hitungannya per jam, harga sewa dengan unit worth it sih, ke Mall Bassura dekat.

Sangat tidak memuaskan untuk orang yang menanganinya, di sini saya ada permintaan khusus, untuk jam check in dan check out nya, dan sudah konfirmasi juga, jawabannya juga sudah bilang iya, saya sampai berulang kali memastikan. Tapi tetap pas keluar di kenakan biaya, dan bahasanya malah tidak mengenakan pas saya konfirmasi. Buat apa di aplikasi ada pilihan permintaan khusus, tapi tidak bisa di pergunakan. Mending cari dari vendor yang lain deh, karena bahasa orang yang menangani ini sangat tidak memuaskan, dan cari uang dari hasil menipu costumer, benar benar sangat mengecewakan! 🤬. Bukan soal berapa uangnya, tapi dari cara pelayanannya yang tidak sopan kepada costumer! Harap hati-hati dalam memilih penginapan, utamakan cek reting dahulu 😉.

Not too big, not too small. It was nice, just a wall paper and toilet floor bit old. Also please put something for hanging clothes inside the toilet.

There is no wifi because the modem is broken, there are no towels because the laundry has not been finished, the cutlery, glasses and refrigerator are dirty, the point is the room is not maintained.

Only 1 small towel was given.

Tempat menarik dan berekatan dengan mall.

We ordered for 4 guests, only 1 room. Equipment such as toothpaste, no toothbrush and towels, only one drinking water, not even available. Access is also a bit complicated. There is no special place for parking and you have to pay multiples of hours.

It's good, I really like the place, it's comfortable, neat, all the kitchen equipment and facilities are also really complete, it's just not good at the parking lot, it's the same as the mall, so I stayed for a day yesterday, I paid 60 thousand but it's okay yesterday I also got a cheap hotel price and promo, so that's it it's still profitable.

The mattress made the sound of the fridge plug not being plugged in as a result the ice melted so it became muddy. The room has a hole in the ceiling .

I suggest you don't stay here because the toilet is already dirty, the towels are also like used 1, the receptionist who is a guy is not polite when you check in, the room doesn't match the dirty photo, it smells musty.

A comfortable apartment to hang out with friends. I hope you always get a discount again.

The air conditioner doesn't sound, the shower is very clogged, the output is very small, there is no dishwashing soap, it's difficult to wash the cutlery, the cutlery is also dirty :(.

The rooms are not clean, the case is only cleaned sparingly, the bathroom is a bit smelly.
