My first stay here was a pleasant one, everything was great. I'll stay here again next time.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, with plenty of eateries nearby. The rooms are okay, but the bathrooms are small. Cleanliness is good, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is decent.

The SOP for late check-out was extremely unfriendly. The electricity in my room suddenly turned off automatically before my late check-out time, even though I had already informed the hotel. It's simple, but I've never experienced such a polite "eviction" in other hotels.

Will come back to this hotel if I go to Bandung, it's comfortable, nice, and clean.

Hotel access and staff service are very friendly, but in the private pool type swimming pool there are broken glass inside the pool which is dangerous for swimming.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it quite disappointing. The overall vibe felt more like it was designed for influencers than actual guests. The rooms rely solely on catchy interior design without offering real comfort or substance. The pool is not extremely tiny, but it quickly becomes crowded, making it less enjoyable. The food is mediocre at best, and the corridors are dimly lit, giving the impression that they are trying to save on electricity. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The hotel as the name suggests has an Art nuance and looks luxurious. The hotel location is a bit inward, maybe carrying the concept of nature near the mountains and a nice view, but it is a bit far from the main road and supermarket to just look for food and drinks and snacks, the hotel has provided snacks in the condiment and drinks in the refrigerator but the price is 2 to 3 times more. Book 2 deluxe king rooms with a king size bed that can accommodate 3 people. The room is very modern and comfortable, but the AC leaked and there were dead cockroaches in the toilet and water easily stagnated in the closet and sink area so it was muddy and unclean after we had done ablution, the hotel slippers were also thin and velvet so they easily got wet, the wifi had no password so it was not secured. The food in the restaurant was delicious especially the omelettes and chicken porridge, but the location of the swimming pool and gym had to pass through the restaurant so the staff often watched, watched, and watched guests who wanted to swim even though we were not going to take food at the restaurant. The swimming pool view is very aesthetic and instagrammable, the pool is large and there is a hot water jacuzzi that is TOP. Gym equipment should be added, drinking water and a TV provided. Hopefully, the positive comments can be maintained, and the less positive ones can be used as input for improvements to advance the Art Deco hotel.

A perfect hotel for a family vacation. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are clean and have smart TVs. The food is good, the cleanliness is good, and the facilities are good. The hotel staff is very helpful. I did leave something behind, but the staff was very helpful in securing it.

Everything was fun, close to culinary coffee shops and we could walk to the traditional market.

Besttt, this is my second time staying here. Last year I honeymooned here and loved it so much, that's why I came back. I really liked the breakfast, which had a lot of choices and was delicious.
