Ordered a family suite room, with a capacity of 4 people but safe for 5 people. The room is really nice, fragrant, clean, and very comfortable. There is a jacuzzi too. Across from the hotel is a delicious restaurant, just a short walk away, close to Vilo or Nanny's Pavilion. The staff is friendly, and you can check in early when the room is ready. However, the parking lot is not very spacious. The hotel location is quite convenient because it is located far from the main road. The only downside is that the room is a bit less soundproof and the breakfast menu is not very good for a 4-star hotel. Overall, it is very comfortable to stay here. Suitable for those who like to just relax in the hotel and its surroundings, because it is close to restaurants and cafes.

I highly recommend staying here. I stayed in the presidential suite, which was huge and had a stunning view. I'd love to try the penthouse.

When we arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, so we left our bags while the receptionist was very helpful. 30 minutes later, we were informed that the room was ready and we could check in, which was around 1 am. The room size was quite good because there were only two of us. The view from the restaurant was really nice, there was also a pool on the rooftop, but the water was cold, there was a warm one, but only in the small pool.

The television wouldn't work. The Wi-Fi wouldn't work. The toilet soap wasn't full. The tissue box was broken. Only the breakfast was okay. The rest of the hotel isn't recommended for such an expensive hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the check-in process took less than 5 minutes. The male staff was amazing, and CO gave us our access card in under a minute. One thing that's a bit odd: some of the sheets and pillowcases had stains that need to be replaced. I knew it was clean, but you know, 4.7 out of 5. Breakfast was plain rice, no fried rice. There were lots of choices, including a complete menu and delicious, especially the chicken.

Good hotel and best place to stay

The interior is very beautiful, the food is good, the view is beautiful but the location is a bit hidden, not in the main road. Overall it’s a nice place to stay at Bandung.

2nd Time Sleepover here when visiting Bandung for staycation. Such a great place, service was good. Keep up the excellent work!

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is also friendly.

2nd time here. All good except the food quality, not as good as my 1st time.

Everything is fine, except the bathroom is hard to dry, probably because the slope isn't quite right.

The only suggestion and input is that there is not enough variety of food at breakfast.

Everything is good, the breakfast also has a lot of variety, the swimming pool is clean, the view at the swimming pool is great, but maybe the lighting in the room needs to be improved, like the lights should be a bit brighter and maybe use the hair dryer that is directly attached to the toilet, because yesterday the hair dryer in the room drawer was a bit weak... but so far the service is very satisfying

It’s always about limited parking lot problems when it comes to artdeco. Gotta back to hotel faster if you want to have nice parking spot
