The hotel staff was very friendly, as if they were in a 5-star hotel. Check-in was quick, and the lobby was quite spacious. I was also impressed by the prayer room, which was large, clean, and comfortable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a very large single bed.

The staff was friendly even though the receptionist had already noted that it was a wedding group because a relative was getting married there, but it turned out that when I arrived the room wasn't ready, the reason being that check-in time was at 2. If I had known that, there would have been no need to note it because it was the same because my relative's event at 2 was already supposed to be ready. The rest was good, the food was delicious, the room was also comfortable as requested, the beds were combined 👍. I will come back again if I go to Jogja.

All the staff were very friendly, but upon check-in, the air conditioning wasn't cooling. After being checked by the engineering team, it turned out the AC filter was dirty.

Have no many complimentary for customer, already come at 2.30 pm but not ready for 1 room whereas i ordered for 3 rooms, bad on customer service staff friendliness, bad wifi, have broke pipe in the 1 bathroom, also broke at the cupboard door
