Booked a 1755 sqm room with double bed, got 2 tiny singles bed in a room that was maybe 7 sqm without windows and proper working air-conditions.

The price of a cliff type resort for 1 bed room is Rp. 16 million per night but the facilities are minimal. The air conditioner in the resort is only in the bed area. 1d it was very hot in the room, bathroom. The refrigerator is only available 2 bottles of mineral water. Restaurant service only until 20.00, no coffee maker available. tea coffee not available. There is also no heating kettle, you have to keep house keeping minutes. Toothbrush and toothpaste are also not available, you have to take a minute to house keeping. The 3rd floor room has no TV. Only 2 employees are visible. concurrently receptionist and house keeping. During the pandomy, service employees are without masks. No access to the beach from the resort. Hotel menu is minimal. The nasgor breakfast was under value. Breakfast starts at noon, at 8.00 but you can request at 7.00 the building and bamboo resort are old like they are lacking maintenance. I hope there will be an improvement soon.
