Spacious and clean room. Near from ITS, near from shopping mall

The room atmosphere is clean, only the towels are old (need to be renewed. The water refill in the hallway is often empty.

The location is very close to ITS, so it's easy to get back and forth from the children's boarding houses, the rooms are spacious and airy, there's an elevator to the basement so you don't have to go back and forth through the lobby.

The room atmosphere is quite good.

Clean hotel room, affordable price. Located on the main road of Surabaya city, close to ITS and UNAIR Campus C. Parking space is quite good.

There are conveniences, namely early check in free of charge at 11 am, there is a deposit of 100 thousand which is returned upon check out, can be late check out until 13.00. Unfortunately there is a drawback, namely the second day my room was not cleaned even though I had left a message to the receptionist. The restaurant food is cheap & delicious. Hot water only comes out after 15 minutes

Several times stayed here because it is very close to where my child lives who studies at ITS. The room is spacious, there is coffee, tea, and others. Can refill mineral water. Breakfast is less varied but still okay. The staff is friendly.

the nearest hotel to ITS campus, also near with Galaxy Mall and Pakuwon City Mall, Kenjeran beach, Suramadu Bridge, easy access to highway too, take just a minutes to other city
