The elevator is quite a long walk from the lobby. You have to pass through the restaurant and pool area, which is inefficient, making it even more tiring for those who have walked a long way. The room is dark, with the LED lights in the bathroom and room yellow and not bright enough. Furthermore, it smells musty, perhaps because the room is rarely used. If you open the balcony, you can smell bird droppings. Ask for a room with a pool view, it might be better. The bidet also has strong pressure. Overall, the food is delicious.

The location is quite close to the center of Banyuwangi, the staff are all friendly and the best, the environment is clean, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is also okay, it doesn't smell, the swimming pool is clean, the breakfast is also okay, there are quite a lot of choices, but to park your vehicle in the area behind the hotel, if you want to check out you have to go around and cross again, it doesn't go through to the lobby.
