Really, everyone who comes to Da Nang should choose this hotel. The staff's attitude is enthusiastic and very good, when there is a problem, you handle it very quickly, and the room is very ok, full of amenities. The hotel is relatively close to the beach. Around the hotel there is a pub that is very busy and cheerful but not noisy. But it is a bit inconvenient for families with cars because there is no comfortable parking space.

Hotel near the beach, very nice and clean rooms, good service

The hotel is clean, the room is neatly designed, the staff is enthusiastic, about 300m walk to the beach, there are many amenities around: dry cleaning, dining,... My family feels very happy when staying at the hotel, if anyone asks if they will come back to the hotel, I think they will! ❤️

Lot 3 is located quite close to the beach, only about 5 minutes walk. The room I booked had a full-room window, city view so it felt very airy and spacious even though the room area was not too big, the bathroom had a bathtub so the kids could soak in it every time they came back from the beach. The room hygiene was quite good, the rooms were always clean. The staff were gentle and friendly. The only downside was poor soundproofing. The first day I checked in, I had to endure 3 hours of vibration noise from the construction machinery nearby, the next 2 days I had to endure the music from the pub next to the hotel but it only stopped until 10:30 pm.

The hotel lobby was a bit dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The air-conditioned room also had a musty smell. The room was clean. Good location.

The hotel location is near the beach, near many delicious restaurants and supermarkets, so although the hotel does not have breakfast, we still have many other options around. The light in the bathroom and the mirror are not good, it is difficult to use the mirror to put on makeup.

The room is super small, there is no window, the door is really problematic, closing the door over and over still makes a noise because the door is not tightly closed. Personally, I think with this amount of money you can rent a better hotel.

The room I booked is a family room on the first floor. The room is spacious but the space is a bit cramped. Staff are enthusiastic and welcoming.
