The homestay owner and staff are friendly, fun, enthusiastic customer support, clean, modern, adequate, comfortable accommodation, convenient accommodation. When I return I will continue to choose here 😍

All are ok only the hot and cold water is not very good, going out late to bathe in hot water is not easy to cause illness for tourists

Nice room, compact, but very good use of space. Friendly staff, simple in-out check easily. Available personal items (brushes, creams) are a bit rudimentary, but in general, the rooms are clean and stable. The house is located in a quiet alley, but is a bit difficult to guide the car a little bit.

The homestay is very cute, the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are very clean, the water heater and air conditioner work very well, the location is very convenient for travel. Will come back many times ❤️❤️🤣

staff is not available 24 hours but homestay and appliances are quite adequate. The rooms are clean and airy, just like in the photos, so the upper floor is cleaner and clearer, because I have seen the upper and lower floors. Most people read the previous review and feel it differently, the price is reasonable, the location is convenient.

Location in the center of District 1. Friendly staff. Beautifully decorated, modern and clean rooms. However, the mattress is too subsided, does not clean the room if it stays for more than 2 days (it is probably a homestay rule), the room will forget to clean the table (many chimp sheets in it). If after 18:00 there will be no staff and you will open the door to enter by room key. And if you check out early, there's no staff at 8 o'clock. I will be back!

Friendly, clean room, not new equipment but also usable. Having a parking space is a bit worrying

New room, clean and fully equipped. There is a large living room for entertainment. Features a kitchen, fridge and shared microwave for guests in need. Camera along the corridor, ensuring safety for guests. Staff are very cute, friendly and very enthusiastic. Will come back next time if I have a chance.

The room is clean and beautiful, the price is very ok. Cute, lovely lady. I have a small child so I have a separate kitchen to cook food for my children, so I really like it. Will come back to Ho Chi Minh.

Nice room with good price, enthusiastic manager. A small note: fix the toilet early, add indoor slippers for guests because the floor is sandy. And should use better quality toilet paper. Keep towels with toilet paper downstairs because management is not frequent. And shared refrigerators should fix, apparently out of gas.

Clean room, central location move smoothly. There is a kitchen and recreation room that is suitable for long stays

I booked from May 12 to June 3 but then only until May 20 and cancel the remaining days. Location: In the alleyway, messy jungle, hard to find house, no car access or just stop at the alley, difficult for guests to have more luggage. Facilities & Services: Use of touch cards should be relatively comfortable hours of entry. Refrigerated water leakage toilet. Apartment without staff, I check in and check out must self luggage. This I have noted in the reservation area is the need to help people transfer luggage because I know apartment without elevator. I carry some baggage from land through the ground floor, to the first floor, then the whole incident of the toilet room was back up at 1 pm, I had to move the goods moving through District 4 temporarily and back at 12 noon the next day to transfer luggage to 3rd floor, 4th something, very tired and time consuming. Plus is a support staff when there are problems. The rest is not good at all.

Instructor called 3 calls without answering, must call the switchboard. The receptionist gave the damaged card to open the door, there must be another guest showing the way to the house with password. Toilet 1 floor damaged and not processed immediately. Only 1 is good to transfer rooms and accept to pay Taxi when moving. The shared kitchen is not clean. I have no on duty staff.

The homestay hotel is located in the alley with a very secure camera. Rooms are clean, no fridge, TV in the room that must be used in the common area. The terrace is equipped with a washing machine and laundry facilities are very convenient. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Housekeeping is available upon request.

Out of expectation, photos look nice different with reality, but the staff very helpful and friendly

Extremely bad experience we had in whole trip. Ho Chi Minh is our last stop in our Vietnam trip. Arriving late (around 10 pm), the taxi driver couldn't locate Urban House Saigon! Kind enough, the taxi driver call the operator/owner to ask directions in Vietnamese, but still couldn't find the way to the house!! We're stranded in small narrow alley with taxi driver awaiting Urban House Saigon's support but no one came for us! There's no one taking care the premise at all. Guest enter themselves with passcode to door which we didn't have and not being inform early. I even call that I will arrived late but they didn't mention any passcode, I have to find and reload my prepaid to call sms the owner. Finally, we left the taxi and walk found the premise. The room was even worst to mention! The room wasn't locked when we enter! Upon checking the toilet, it was totally wet on floor and sanitary fittings, as if someone took shower before. The whole premise and room is dusty, floor is dirty, the shared common area like kitchen was messy and not hygiene. Everything had to get from ground floor. Using the shared glasses which not sure hygienic! There is no hot shower in our room and water pressure was low!! The location wasn't that close to Ben Thanh Market as claim. Nothing much nearby. We booked for 2 nights, but the next morning, we move out. Unbearable!!!
