The staff extremely takes care of customers, the room is clean and fragrant. Everything is wonderful. Next time I will definitely book again

Khách sạn nằm trong khu vực phố đi bộ, đông đúc, tiện nghi, có nhiều hàng quán xung quanh. Các anh nhân viên cực kì thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, thoải mái. Tuy nhiên, nếu các bạn muốn di chuyển bằng xe máy nên cân nhắc do khách sạn không có chỗ để xe và khi vực phố đi bộ thường sẽ cấm xe buổi tối.

Location Convenient hotel in the center. The room is small and humid.

I am quite satisfied the service excluding food and coffee. The breakfast is not much delicious as expected. Besides, the hotel does also not support to issue red invoice so I have to pay the GAP by myself. So bad for me. So the guests who book for business trip should consider this point

Staff very friendly, convenient location.

The hotel has a great location to travel around the old town. But at the time of booking, I requested to be on the upper floor and the hotel was arranged for the first floor room; This floor is next to the restaurant so the morning is very noisy and next to the housekeeping equipment or the staff are very noisy. So it is impossible to sleep well. The restaurant of the hotel is very nice but the food is quite simple and not delicious. The lights in the room are nice but don't have a night light.
