I've stayed here twice, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom hasn't improved. Please pay more attention. The shower faucet doesn't work properly.

Good service, booking via the app and immediate confirmation via WhatsApp. The facilities are good, all well-maintained, but the water heater wasn't working properly, so it wasn't hot. Breakfast was available and delicious.

The location is close to the city, the room is large and clean, there is breakfast every morning, the service is good, booked 2 days but ended up adding 1 more day, a recommended choice if you go to Banjarbaru... Next time I will come here if I go to Banjarbaru...

Don't forget to book breakfast, as the menu is varied and delicious, and the facilities and service are excellent. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Banjar. Affordable prices, but excellent facilities.

As we all know, this error was not purely due to the negligence of our Hotel Staff. This was caused by another Guest (Room 312) who asked for his room to be opened, but WRONG in showing his own room, the Guest in question. Showed our Staff the room occupied by you (Room 212). After the incident, the Guest in question has admitted his mistake and has also apologized profusely to you, as well as We, the Hotel Staff have also apologized, we even offered compensation, but this was rejected by you. For your information, regarding 'Guest Privacy' we have strict SOPs and Ethics in maintaining the privacy of Guests, and we think this also applies to all hotels. got a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the residents' houses. the room was comfortable, quite clean, all the facilities functioned well. next time if I visit bjb I want to stay here again
