In the application there is AC but when you enter there is none, the hotel is very unfriendly .

The hotel room is not equipped with a bathroom and the toilet in the room must be out of the room, the walls of the room are dirty, there are many former women's bincu attached. If anything else I value fair according to the price.

Because we stayed here just for the night and in the morning "we've been to the port. So far the bedroom and bathroom are clean, the air conditioner is quite cold. In accordance with the price.

On the web, the facilities use AC, in fact it is only a fan. Disappointed 😶 where the room was quite hot too.

Please note that the rooms that you booked on 28 October 2020 are 2 economy type rooms and 1 standard type room.
for room facilities, it is also clearly stated on the Traveloka Wisma Nusa Cendana web page / application that the economy type uses a fan and the standard type uses AC.
