A wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also close to the Twin Towers. It has complete facilities, especially the swimming pool with amazing views.

A truly satisfying stay at Platinum Suites! It's an apartment system, not a conventional hotel. The key is to communicate with the manager via WhatsApp one day in advance to let them know your arrival time. Upon arrival, simply wait in the Face Suites lobby and contact the admin to have a member of staff come down. The instructions sent via WhatsApp are incredibly clear, complete with a video guide on the facilities, cleanliness, and check-out. A little tip: if you request room cleaning and additional daily mineral water, please inform them in advance. The Premier 1 Bedroom + 1 Suite we booked was very spacious, had a kitchen and washing machine, and was very affordable. Plus, we had access to the hotel facilities. Highly recommended!
