Very comfortable, the location is also very strategic. It's just that yesterday it rained and it was windy, there was a spot behind it that was a bit open so the rainwater came in from there. But it's not a problem, it's not too disturbing, you can wipe it.

Bring your own: towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, then make sure your internet quota is sufficient during your stay here. because it is not provided by the vendor. It is also good for the vendor to prepare insect spray. because during the 3 nights of staying. almost every morning there are around 20 large black ants coming out in the second bedroom. Sometimes cockroaches also appear. Overall the villa is comfortable for resting. the pillows and mattresses are soft. besides that it is close to JTP2, Indomaret, looking for dinner, breakfast is also close. every morning there are always street vendors selling breakfast for under 20k. for transportation it is also good to go anywhere just order a Grab car. it's just that sometimes the search for drivers in the application is a bit slow because the drivers hang out maybe a bit far and there is also a traffic jam towards the villa because it's the weekend.

thank God I got a villa in Batu 88. The location is very strategic. If you want to go to JP2, just walk there. Clean and friendly villa admin. I requested to check in at 7 am and was immediately approved. With that price, the facilities are adequate. Suitable for large families. Low budget but in a strategic location. God willing, I will stay there again when I go to Batu. Sorry I didn't have time to take a photo because it was very hectic with the kids.

Villa Batu 88 Biru. The location is very close to Jatim Park 2. It takes 5 minutes to walk to JTP 2. Only for the air temperature is not controlled because there is a large wind gap in the kitchen canopy. for children who are allergic to cold and extreme temperature changes must be vigilant. Many large ants enter the room. Equipment and cleanliness are worried about rat marks. because there are too many open space gaps.

Nyewa rumah 750rb/hr dengan kualitas seperti ini, sangat kecewa. Kotor, tak terawat, ada serangga kaya semut kecoa dan lainnya. Tidak seperti yang tertampil di aplikasi.

The house is quite clean. There is a garage on the side. Each room has a double blanket. The water heater functions well, just ask the staff if you are unsure about turning it on. Starting at 5 am, breakfast sellers are already around. You can cook dinner/lunch yourself (near Indomaret) or take a short walk to the front of JP2 and buy fruit as a souvenir.

The place is very close to Jatim Park 2. Anyway, I'm really satisfied staying here. The service is very friendly and good. I left something behind and the villa wanted to help send it to my home address. Best.

Villa di bawah 300 ribu dengan 3 kamar, paling murah di aplikasi. Di harga tersebut, jangan berekspektasi apapun. Cukup kalau untuk istirahat saja. Fasilitas cukup, sekali lagi turunkan ekspektasi. Kalau mau masak bawa garam gula sendiri ya, karena tidak disediakan. Satu yang paling menjadi catatan selama menginap di villa ini, bantal waktunya ganti, please. Kalau kempes aja sih ya udah ya, tapi ini dakronnya juga bergerinjal. Mau istirahat malah jadi sakit kepala.
