We spent two nights here waiting for the ferry. The hotel restaurant was excellent in choice and price. The fish was exceptional. Breakfast was also good. Lots of off-street parking that had security through the night. Our room was a little noisy as it was next to the reception area but not too much problem. The hotel grounds are lovely, it doesn't feel like you are in the center of town.

We arrived very early, at 10 AM, and were allowed to check in at once. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel restaurant was excellent, great choices and not expensive. The fish is very good. Our room was near reception and was a little noisy but not too bad. Overall good value.

The room smells of mold, the bed sheets look like they've never been changed, they feel really sticky on your feet.

Both the natural scenery around the hotel is very beautiful.

Friendly staff, nice hot shower too. In my room ground floor the socket was far away from the bed. The stay was pleasant!

Shuttle service waited for 1 hour, restaurant telephone service did not work, going around to the receptionist and long service for regular fried rice (more than 1 hour). If you ask for cleaning, you have to ask the receptionist, the make up room sign does not work. The room hallway is dirty. When asking for the room to be cleaned, it took 45 minutes for the officer to come. Had to wait because there was no spare key. There were 3 officers who came when I checked, 1 was sweeping, 1 was sitting with his feet up on the table, 1 was playing with his cellphone until I left the room. Management needs a lot of staff training on hospitality

Humble employees. And accompanied by a super cheerful manager who is very helpful. The view of the hotel is very beautiful.

My Family's favorite accommodation ❤️ especially the Family room (villa) is very nice and suitable for families. Very interesting.

We where upgraded in a biger room with mezzanine. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant very good. The swimmingpool is amazing. Problem with water for the toilets in the bathroom and no more toiletpaper in the hotel!

Seprei kotor. Tidak dapat handuk dan saat check out saya dichat karena dikira bawa handuk keluar. Breakfast banyak variasi dan enak, lengkap buah roti gorengan lauk sayur pauk nasi. Ac dingin. Showernya aneh

The first time you arrived at Waikabubak Airport, immediately looked for the nearest hotel, you got the Sinar Tambolaka Hotel at an affordable price with free airport shuttle facilities, ok, I'm in! But wait, after I checked in, I was a little worried about which room number I would be given, because honestly at that time the hotel was very busy, the rooms were full, with a room plan that I thought was prone to noise. But thank God, I was placed in a room slightly towards the end, not noisy, with a window view overlooking the natural outside typical of the Sumba area, quite comfortable and I could sleep soundly! The service is okay, free breakfast, the menu prices at the restaurant are relatively cheap (one note the rice is too hard), there is only one plug in room 87 so please add more because an electrical plug is very important and anti-sharing. But so far it's good, so happy to be here. 😍. One more thing and this is important, the garden and lobby areas have been further improved, more in Sumba, so that guests' photos are more aesthetic and instagrammable, and the window views of room 87 are freed from things that will damage the aesthetics of Sumba. on social media, because I saw there was still rubbish (bundles of blue plastic bags that had been thrown from who knows where) and suddenly there was a clothesline I don't know whose it was. 😌.

Comfortable and quiet. The existence of a swimming pool is more fun for children. Recommended for a vacation spot for families. Thank You.

The room was not cleaned, the roof leaked, there was no hot water.

The room was not clean, stayed for 3 days and was never cleaned even though a sign had been hung on the door. Breakfast is sufficient. Great location, great view.

In the villa the bathroom water isn't running fast, the toilet can't be flushed sometimes.

The deluxe room is unclean. I think they rarely clean it. Dusty and spider web in the bathroom.
