Everything was substandard, including the towels, which should be white. The sheets and pillowcases, which should be white, were all cream-colored and clearly outdated, unsuitable for a hotel of this class and price. The corners of the pillowcases and towels were torn. Efficiency was okay, but it shouldn't be like that. There were only cups in the room. When I asked to borrow a regular glass, they came back with another cup, claiming they didn't have one. Really? Is this the class of hotel in Sumedang's largest mall?

I like this hotel in the center of Sumedang. Joined with the best mall in Sumedang. The service is very good and friendly. From security, check-in staff, breakfast staff and also cleaning service. Just a little input, it looks like the room needs to be renovated to be fresher. There are some parts of the wall that have faded paint and look leaky. And from the parking side, because it joins the best mall in Sumedang, there should be a dedicated parking lot for customers who stay overnight. So it's not difficult in the process of carrying suitcases to enter the hotel area. Overall I am satisfied. Thank you

quite good.. quite comfortable.. and nice because it's inside the mall.. only when the mall is closed it's a bit complicated, especially if you check out at dawn.. getting out of the parking lot is difficult because there's no one guarding it.. anyway, it's probably the best in Sumedang..

The place is nice and strategic inside the hotel, but it's hard to find on the 1st floor and if you bring a lot of stuff you have to go inside first through the mall tenants 😅 not directly connected to the car. Literally inside the mall. Go inside first about 100m, call the bell boy then they will carry you if you can't get a trolley. Again, a hotel that is quite expensive & good in SMDG, TOWELS? uhhh so yellow, the doormat and towels are the same dull color. Pliss. I even bought new towels at the supermarket downstairs. Including mattresses, pillows, etc. to buying cloths to cover the dirt. 1 more thing that was disappointing, during breakfast, the rice was cold 😭😭😭😭 only the side dishes were warm. It would be better if the rice was hot, the side dishes were cold, it's okay

hotel inside plaza asia. spacious room. no carpet. bathroom has no key. shower in bathroom 1. no tap for ablution. toothbrush was missing, so I called the staff to bring a toothbrush. towel was not white enough. swimming pool was not clean enough. so didn't swim. got price 550,000. add extra bed price 200,000. food lacks variety. when I stayed, it was quiet. only a few people stayed.
