The staff was helpful, but the hotel under construction. The construction workers were still working till night. Aircon working fine, shower room was too small the light a bit dim.

My mother likes it. Because the water heater functions well, you can still shower in the afternoon/evening with gas.

Still in the renovation stage, so it's not neat. It's all worth it.

That's enough, just as an experience, it's not good if you talk a lot about things that aren't good, that's fine.

Everything is perfect according to the price, unfortunately the television doesn't have any channels at all, even though there is a subscription, ask for help to fix it but the hotel people can't fix it. So I can't use the TV at all. The rest is good.

Very, very not recommended, in the photo it is very neat and clean, actually it was really dirty, so no towels were given, then the toilet was clogged. The officers were also not friendly.

The room I booked was dirty, sheets, blankets and even pillowcases were dirty and not changed, the room floor was wet and slippery, there were no towels, the AC was not cold and the reception staff were very unfriendly.

The images on the application and the internet are much different from the original situation. Very bad and don't recommend staying here, the room looks like it has never been cleaned, the cupboard is broken, the TV doesn't work, the toilet door can't be closed, lots of spider mites above the room and toilet, blood and yellow spots, the blanket looks like it's not never been washed and cleaned, the floor was full of black spots. I asked to replace the blanket, but the reason was that it was in the laundry. Not to mention that the wooden base of the bed was hollow and rotten, I was afraid there might be a snake in it. It should be replaced. I don't hate the service at this hotel, but for the health and safety of visitors the hotel must be improved. Lots of bed bugs in the blankets and beds, the toilet smells and the dirt isn't cleaned. Hopefully it will be a lesson for friends who want to stay here and an improvement for the hotel.

It's not really recommended, the AC room isn't cold, you've left it looking for food and then you go into the room and it's still not cold, the room window is broken. But the strategic location is just a plus.

At that price, how come you can't get sanitation? The bathroom door could not be locked.

Murah sih, tapi jangan berharap lebih. Kebersihannya kurang terjaga. Kamarnya agak lembab, sampe-sampe pas sampe disambut sama kecoa hiperaktif di kamar mandi 😑 untuk masukan, lebih baik jangan pakai seprai putih, karena nodanya terlihat sekali. Lalu gorden jendelanya kurang rapat, jadi mudah sekali diintip dari luar. Air panasnya pun kurang berfungsi. Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi ke depannya. Btw staff hotelnya ramah-ramah, good lah.

Stayed here twice, the AC didn't work at all. The first time I slept, it was still good, even though it wasn't cold enough, the second time I turned on the AC, it got worse, it wasn't cold at all. I tried to protest but the guard couldn't provide a solution until I protested twice before I was given a room move but the second room was no different, in fact the AC wasn't cold at all, it even felt like I was in a sauna, the AC was on but I was still sweating badly. Finally moved rooms again and the AC was good, please help me diligently to clean the AC or service it regularly so the AC stays cool.

Dapat kamar di lantai 4. Aku kira ada akses lift. Ternyata lift nya rusak entah dari kapan akses tersebut rusak. Yang jelas naik turun tanga ketika ada keperluan bepergian sementara. Sangat lah capek. Usulan saya sih. Dari pihak hotel bisa mendagapi terkait kendala tersebut.

Access to everywhere is close to the city center, good service but the electricity went out early in the morning, the water came out a little.

A little advice. AC please pay attention. Because I often ask to change rooms because the AC is not cold enough. Everything else is very okay.

Less power. Checking the cellphone can't pick it up. The bathroom water is clean and doesn't flow. AC feels like a heater. Luckily I just stopped by.

There's no bath mat, only 1 towel and it's worn out, the air conditioner isn't cold, there's no power plug, things are old-fashioned.

Nyesel kenapa ga baca review sebelum reservasi. AC panas, ga ada ventilasi (better tidur di koridor karena ada udara masuk), kamar mandi kotor, kasur banyak rambut, mending cari tempat lain deh. Kalau ga siap terima reservasi mending di sold aja, mengecewakan sekali, seumur-seumur order via aplikasi ini paling buruk.
