The breakfast coupon system is not clear at all. The person holding the coupon only had one, the person following him didn't have one, but the employee threw the coupon away until they had to dig through the trash to verify their identity. Employees yelling at customers, especially old people, doesn't look good at all. The male employee who is bald should be called for training again.

Old room, cleanliness is fair. Breakfast is on plates. Very sweet in every menu There are no red cars passing by the accommodation. You have to hire a car or call Grab Maxim. It's not convenient for people who don't have a car. Loud noise from the plane all the time.

The room is very stuffy. Looks dirty. No paper in the bathroom. The room next to eat is very bad smell. Not suitable for the price of accommodation

Good location, price and service.

Hotel was ok, just needed to stay close to the airport for our flight the following day. The website said it was just over 1km which was perfect and transport to and from the airport was included in the room. When we went to get directions turns out there was a military base directly inbewteen the airport and this hotel making it 5km away. So we called to arrange the transport and apparently it’s not included in the room we booked which was NOT outlined on the website so we had to pay an additional 200baht each way for a taxi/tuktuk. Would not stay here again, regretted it!

Curtain bathroom with slow flowing water, mattress is not comfortable at all. Day 2 does not change the glass of water for a new one.
