Friendly and enthusiastic staff, clean room

Location near night market, clean and airy room, will come back next time

The receptionist saw the guests coming and did not help with luggage, I broke my suitcase here because it was big and heavy but I had to carry it up the stairs with quite high steps. Convenient location, city center. The room was quite stuffy and stuffy, the dressing table was opposite the bed so it was a bit scary.

This time I stayed in a bad room. I had to change rooms at night because the room was leaking. It didn't feel as comfortable as before.

The room is run down, the walls are stained with water, moldy, and don't look clean. The hotel should repair it, the window is broken, can't be opened, no parking space..!

The receptionist was enthusiastic. I arrived early so I called the hotel to ask if the room was ready and the receptionist immediately arranged a vacant room without having to wait until the time. The receptionist enthusiastically helped me bring my suitcase to the room because it was a bit cumbersome for 2 mothers and a small baby. Housekeeping cleaned the room and kept it clean and tidy.

Stayed here twice. Very trustworthy until the third time. Asked for a high floor but when I arrived they gave me a room on the 1st floor. The room was moldy, very smelly, old room, toilet smelled of sewer, toilet water was slow. Did the staff stay in that room yet they gave it to the customer so badly?
