The receptionist service is bad, how can a hotel this big only have 2 employees, how can you find a room and be told to find it yourself?

Second time staying here. Got a free room upgrade. The room is spacious, comfortable, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The most comfortable hotel.

Of the several hotels we have visited in Banyuwangi, the winner in our hearts is Grand Harvest Resort n villa _ ijen.. MasyaAllah Tabarakallah comfortable and clean environment, super comfortable and clean rooms.. we happened to be here for homecoming and vacation at the end of Ramadan.. This hotel is really familyable...😁 there are many places that support children's activities. there is a mini zoo, playground, beautiful rice fields. swimming pool with 3 fun options.. clean and beautiful gardens.. really cool 😍😍😍😍 and most importantly there is a spacious and comfortable prayer room here.. we can calmly and comfortably pray maghrib after breaking the fast and pray isya and tarawih here... MasyaAllah.. Thank you very much to all the hotel team, from the receptionist miss Vanessa who was very friendly and kind, gave us maximum and very clear directions and accepted our wishes well.. we were even given more facilities such as a free room upgrade.. 😍😍😍😍 How can you not fall in love at the first greeting.. love it so much 🤍✨️ to the chef team and restaurant staff MasyaAllah.. the best polll... even we still haven't moved on with the food menu.. such a complete menu at a very pocket-friendly price 😭😭😭.. next the one n only 1 fav menu kolak pisangnya perfect 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😭 not too sweet, the thickness is addictive and the aroma lingers.. MasyaAllah... the service is not half-hearted, our sahur can even be delivered to the room.. MasyaAllah delicious.. Hopefully next year when going home we have the opportunity to stay here again.. Friendly staff, nice place, clean and comfortable

All the way from Sidoarjo just for a staycation here. My first experience staying at Grand Harvest will never be forgotten. Complete facilities. Many choices of swimming pools 😍😍😍. Just a staycation is enough, no need to go anywhere else. Next time if I have the chance, I will come back here again. Amen

Surprisingly the Italian restaurant with chef Dominique was amazing! We will come again just for his food. Home made and fresh! The breakfast table was also a good value. The family loves it all

The staffs are very friendly, the room service is also very good. The natural view is nice, although it is a bit disturbed by other room visitors who play loud music and karaoke.
