The hotel staff is very friendly, not hesitant to welcome and greet guests whenever they pass by. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the facilities in the room are very adequate, the food is also delicious and varied.

If I go to Timika, I like to stay here from the beginning. They can pick me up and drop me off, the driver is friendly. Check in can be done quickly if the room is ready. I recommend Horison Ultima Timika🙏🏻

I had problems checking in, because I had to wait until 14.00 for a room to be available, while the staff prioritized guests who came directly to the hotel rather than those who booked via the application.

One of the most comfortable hotels in Timika.

Even though I asked for a single bed, I was given twin beds, and in the end I got a room that was not very good.

The room I got was not according to the order because the previous guest suddenly extended their stay. They should have adjusted it because I ordered it first. The choices were smoking room or non-smoking but twin. The smoking area smelled really bad and the room smelled damp. As a result, I chose non-smoking but twin, my husband and I slept in separate beds. The glass in the room, I wiped the mouth part with tissue but it turned out to be dirty. In the toilet the liquid soap was empty, I asked for a refill but was given a small bar of soap, the towels were hard, the corridor and elevator were small (different from the one at Di**a). I used to be at Horison Di**a but because it was full I went to Ultima. It was very different. Even though Ultima is a 4 star hotel. I probably don't want to go back because I've already compared it to the one there. but for the staff, they are very friendly and good looking compared to the other one. Please fix Ultima, it's a shame the staff are already good but the workplace is not attractive.

service when entering, very bad I DON'T like the service. we were made to wait until 2 o'clock. while leaving at 12 o'clock. but made to relax for us to wait 2 hours. this is very bad service
