It's really bad. The refrigerator isn't cold at all, the hair dryer turns on but doesn't turn off for long (I'm afraid to use it, afraid of getting electrocuted). The balcony door is hard to open, I'm half-heartedly pushing it.

The glasses on the room table looked worn and ugly, the teapot was rusty, I put money under the pillow in the room but it disappeared after cleaning, just after entering the room (checking in) I smelled an unpleasant smell from the bathroom.
