Clean rooms, good service, strategic location.

Nice hotel. It's on a busy road, though. The staff is great. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic. The food is delicious and there's plenty of choice. There aren't many sockets, so it's inconvenient if you want to charge devices.

The hotel is quite good but needs improvement.

I've stayed here three times. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is varied, the rooms are comfortable, and it's worth the price. I'll definitely be back.

Compared to other hotels in Ambon, I think this one is the most worthwhile. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, the hotel grounds smell nice, and the location is very easy to reach, although there's a bit of traffic in the afternoon. Haha.

All in all an acceptable city center hotel. The rooms lack a bit of charm but at least one wall had a nice painting on it for some added color.

Rooms are basic, no mini fridge, but a hot water heater is in the room for coffee. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable.
