Compared to other hotels in Ambon, I think this one is the most worthwhile. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, the hotel grounds smell nice, and the location is very easy to reach, although there's a bit of traffic in the afternoon. Haha.

All in all an acceptable city center hotel. The rooms lack a bit of charm but at least one wall had a nice painting on it for some added color.

Bad service. Just because of one plastic hanger you will be fined 100 thousand! Crazy 🤣. Won't come back again!

Dear Evyta, Thank you for your feedback. Any properties belong to the hotel that are not meant to be brought home are thoroughly checked upon check out. We asked, checked twice and in the end the hanger was found in your bag. The hanger was returned and no fine was given. Thank you.

Because of the plastic hanger, they want to charge cash. 100 thousand. Crazy! They said there are wooden hangers in every room. It turns out that the plastic hanger is 1 price. I won't be going back!
