First of all, the staff is quite friendly, understands customers' wishes and the male staff is extremely active and attentive. 5 stars for the staff here. Next, the room, the first day I arrived, I still saw hair in the bedroom, the TV was noisy and couldn't watch. The toilet water was weak, the shower was also weak. The restaurant has few dishes, is spacious but the fan is like there is none, it doesn't feel cool when turned on, in general it's very hot. Apart from the delicious banh canh, the food is quite poor, not many options. About the traveloka app, I really like it, if the app can support VAT export, it would be perfect. The room's soundproofing is very poor, I wanted to be quiet in the bedroom but the room next door talked very loudly, I woke up and had a hard time falling back asleep. This hotel is quite central, the food around or going to the center is not too far. To go back, I probably won't. Ah, the hotel wifi is quite strong, only going into the elevator is a bit weak, but walking around the hotel is full of signal. This is quite commendable.

My room had no window so it felt a bit stuffy. The 24/7 receptionist took care ok. The room was clean. It was convenient to travel because it was on a major road. Quite satisfied.

I booked 2 single rooms for 2 Chinese guests. Prepaid. There are payment vouchers with 2 guests / 2 rooms. But when checking in, only 1 guest will be admitted. 1 guest must rent a new room at a very expensive price. The hotel does not support enthusiastically. So is the website.
