I was disappointed with Hotel Santika, I booked a room on the same upper floor which was close together but was given one on the lower floor.

The room is nice, the food is good, the atmosphere is ok.

Very good, worth maintaining

The staff here treated us like we were family. It was a wonderful stay. If I return to Luwuk, I would definitely stay here. The food was very good and had a good variety. We stayed for a week and they had their breakfast staples and rotating items on the menu. This was very helpful in exploring varying foods from the area. The facilities were clean and well-kept. The staff were very hospitable. There are ocean-view rooms as it is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Take note that it sits on a hill, though. Their pool was clean and had a gradient so all ages could swim according to their level comfortably. Hotel Santika made my stay in Luwuk very easy and memorable.

The employees are always friendly and responsive in serving guests, the view is very nice, close to the Kilo 5 tourist spot and the food is varied and very delicious, hopefully we can stay again.
