The service is good, the room is clean.

The hotel is on the roadside, so it's strategically located. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning is cool enough, but there's no staff to pick up trash every morning. The staff is also friendly and informative. The downside is there's no dedicated parking lot, but you can park in front of the hotel. There's a guard on duty, and guests don't have to pay for parking. Telkomsel's signal is weak in the room, but fortunately, there's Wi-Fi. It's close to Indomaret, and there's a Sederhana restaurant next to the hotel, and there's a street food stall at night.

Check-in was fast and efficient. The receptionist was friendly. There's a Rp 50,000 check-in deposit. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and delicious, and it was delivered to your room. The hotel is conveniently located on a main road, though noisy but still convenient. It's also close to public transportation, including the Cinde LRT.

At check-in, the hotel staff couldn't accommodate my request and was rude. The same thing happened when I requested a late check-out.

The staff is friendly, and the hotel is a good place to rest and relax as a business trip stopover. It's okay, but the AC isn't cold enough.

The room was noisy and not soundproof, I couldn't sleep because of the sound of people racing motorbikes until 2 am.

Cons: Room cleanliness is poor, the bedroom and bathroom doors need repair as they are very annoying when opening and closing, and the towels need replacing as they are worn out (with holes). Pros: Easy access to Wi-Fi and TV, coffee maker, 24-hour hot water for showers, and hangers provided.

The mattress had menstrual stains. The blanket was different from the others and was thin.

The bathroom could use more attention, as there are cockroaches. The AC in the room could be improved, but it's not cold enough. The room smells and is damp, making it uncomfortable.

A hotel in the city center, easy access to everything, not far from Pasar 16, Cinde, the Grand Mosque, and PIM. You can easily walk there. Perfect for those traveling on a budget. The hotel rates are also affordable and include breakfast. This is my second stay at Salvator. The first time was in 2020 and the hotel was comfortable, and I will be back in 2026. As a suggestion and input, for the future, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms should be improved, because this hotel is truly a recommended hotel due to its easy access to everywhere, and the service is also responsive and friendly. Best of luck to Salvator, may it continue to thrive and prioritize guest comfort.

For hotel facilities, please improve them because many are damaged, such as the room lights, the walls are loose and not working, and the toilet is broken, but the staff service is friendly.

The room was a bit small, but clean. It's strategically located and offers easy access to tourist attractions. Unfortunately, there's no parking; it's on the side of the road, but there's a guard, so it's safe. Breakfast was booked, but it still hadn't arrived by 8:30, so we had to leave because we had to go to the station.

Very friendly service

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, and it's worth the price. Unfortunately, parking for both cars and motorcycles is difficult. And, because it's located on a main road, it's quite noisy with passing traffic.

Strategic location... Decent room... There is no parking space, so you have to park on the side of the road, but thank God it's safe.

The atmosphere was eerie, the glass was broken, and the room was full of dust. The AC wasn't cooling. When I complained to the staff, I was scolded and told to understand the condition of the old AC.
