The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

It's worth it, but unfortunately, there are many things that are not well-maintained. The toilet lid is broken, the room isn't soundproof, and there are random knocks, either from upstairs or from the next room. The amenities are inadequate: the TV won't turn on, there's no hairdryer, and there's no bulb for the night light. There's also no minibar. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, there's a lot of fine dust.

The room was dirty and had traces of a broken table. There were bugs in the mattress and on the floor. The soundproofing wasn't good, especially at night. The windows didn't lock, and the room phone didn't work. The breakfast menu was awful. The app photos didn't match the actual situation. And there were cockroaches in the elevator.

The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot; parking is on the main roadside. This poses a risk to hotel guests.

In terms of location, it is very strategic, the price is also affordable, but the cleanliness is really a shame, even though the experience was good, but when you first enter the room you are greeted with a place that is not well maintained.

The AC in the room wasn't cool enough, and there was no parking. The door was a bit difficult to open. If we were rushing to leave at dawn, we couldn't grab breakfast to go. There were so many drawbacks, I wouldn't stay here again. I was annoyed.

We got a room that was spacious enough for two adults and three toddlers. The service was friendly. However, the room was a bit damp and the floor sticky, and there's no dedicated parking area on the hotel grounds, except for two cars in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable, the AC is cold, close to the KRL station.

The only drawback is that the AC is not cold enough, the rest is in line with the price.

Always stay here with my husband. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the service is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly. It's my husband and I's favorite hotel. The location is strategically located in the city center. We can walk to the Ampera Bridge. Thank you, Hotel Salvator.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, and the bathroom is clean. The only downside is the breakfast; the taste isn't quite right, and I think the way it's served isn't very good. Early in the morning, there's banging on the door, like we're in a barracks. 😬

Check-in was easy and the staff were very helpful. You can request room cleaning every morning. Access to the main road is very close to the Cinde LRT station.
