The location is convenient for getting around the old town, the reception staff are pleasant, however there is no elevator and the narrow staircase makes carrying suitcases a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage. Only bottled water is offered on the first day, there are no cups or glasses in the room, and the in-room phone to call reception is not working.

the staffs are very helpfull. they gave me the maps and give me a lot if information. they also gave list of restaurants and entertainment places in details, the name and address.

I stayed here for two nights, the receptionist was very helpful. When checking in and checking out, my luggage was helped to be lifted to the room, the only thing missing was that the elevator was not available. Hopefully the next trip will have an elevator. Thank you 🫰

Plus points: friendly staff, room has balcony so air circulation is good. The heater and water heater are working. There are 2 large beds, so it can actually accommodate 4 people. Good location, close to everywhere. Minus points: relatively small room size (because there are 2 large beds in it). The environment is a bit noisy but tolerable. TV doesn't work. No soap and bottled water are not provided.

The staff is friendly and very friendly… for toiletries, you should bring your own, because the soap provided is very small, and if you stay more than 1 day it won’t be enough…

Been to 5 hotels in vietnam, and this is the best one because the staff are super friendly and can speak english really well (in my opinion vietnam people are not friendly) our previous hotel also not bad but the staff were meh and they don't even understand basic english🙏🏻

The location is very strategic in the middle of the old quarter, but the cleanliness of the sheets is lacking, there is hair on the pillow case too, the staff is very friendly and very helpful, they can speak English too.
