The staff is very friendly. But a little disappointed because while swimming there was a child who was practicing swimming poop in the pool. I asked the staff and they said it had been cleaned at night. In the morning I asked again and they said it had been cleaned but in fact the child was having fun swimming but the poop was still there. I can't imagine the child swimming and swallowing the water but there was poop. The hotel only apologized. If we had made a mistake, we would have been charged. Ordered 2 plates of fried rice and it tasted salty. But luckily I like salty food but it was a little too salty.

I stayed for 2 nights. The water stopped at 1st night until the next morning. The towels and bed sheets are dirty and they don't clean pool. Food is not good at all, I don't recommend this place.

Proses Check In: rencana c/i malam karena flight saya sampai dini hari dan sudah menelp hotel reception saat itu informasi bisa c/i dengan menunjukkan confirmation letter saja karena saat itu suami saya yang akan c/i terlebih dahulu dan sudah ok by chelsea reception wanita yang mengangkat telp saat itu, saat proses cek in suami saya harus menggunakan KTP saya, dimana ktp suami saya tidak diterima ngotot minta ktp saya, dimana saya sedang di pesawat, untungnya suami menyimpan foto ktp saya (reception laki laki incharge pukul 23.30) setelah itu baru bisa c/i namun tidak ada staff yang mengantarkankan ke kamar suami saya bingung sampai berputar putar, staff di sana tidak ada inisiatif membantu mencarikan kamar saya. Kalimat yang paling saya ingat-ingat Bapak kan sudah sering kemari-kemari padahal itu kali pertama saya/suami booking stay di sana-Pelayanan sangat buruk. 2. Sore hari sekitar jam 8 malam saya datang dari luar bersama suami, saya naik ke lantai 3 koridor gelap sekali sampai bingung mencari hp untuk penerangan senter, sampai di kamar saya langsung telp reception dan yang mengangkat perempuan, jawaban saat saya konfirmasi koridor gelap-gelap maaf bu mungkin teman saya lupa menghidupkan lampu karena di lantai 3 hanya ada 2 kamar yang terisi-terisi apakah itu jawaban yang profesional? 2 kamar dianggap bukan tamu kah? 3. Check out time di tgl 27 malam pukul 9, info ke reception, namun satu orang karyawan tidak ada yang datang, memeriksa kamar ataupun membantu check out, saya check in dengan luggage besar dan dari lantai 3 bawa koper jalan sampai lobby karena mengejar waktu. Apakah karena saya orang lokal pelayanan seperti itu? Saya dan suami membayar full sebelum stay dan saya pasangan suami istri yang sah tidak selayaknya hotel memperlakukan seperti itu!
