The pool is great, the rest is ok

The hotel is comfortable for resting and there is a shopping center below it too.

Sorry, the room is really damp, it smells terrible, I swear. I tried asking for a hanging air freshener, but I was given a dried one. The sofa cushions are moldy. The sheets have stains, I don't know if they've been changed or not. The building is empty, a bit creepy.

I've been staying for 2 days but when I want to check out I'm still not registered... Maybe it's because I added x days so I have to upgrade again.

Towels are not provided, you have to ask first, but that's okay.

Strategic location and a good swimming pool for kids.

At another level, create a TV station so that you can have all the channels so you don't get bored.

I'm sorry, there are cockroaches, insects, and ants in the room, even though it's on the top floor 🙏

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out, soundproof rooms, AC works well, cleanliness is okay, water heater works perfectly, TV works well. First time staying here, very memorable. Next time will stop here again. Thank youuu :)

The cleanliness of the towel sheets is very poor, the skin becomes red because it is sensitive.

Got a room on the first floor which was much nicer and more comfortable than my previous stay last week. The sheets, pillowcases, and blanket were bright white, not worn out or dull. The Wi-Fi was disappointing because it was having trouble. My son loved the swimming pool. I liked the easy and close access to Superin** for shopping.

It's quite nice even though the pillowcases and bedsheets are shabby. The room is clean but for some reason there are a lot of ants near the sink. When I first arrived there was no problem, but when I was in the toilet because my feet were wet, I realized the floor was very slippery because there was too much carbolic acid/floor cleaner.

The room was quite clean. The place was comfortable. The staff were friendly. However, the AC was a bit leaky, causing water to drip onto the floor. Otherwise, it was okay.

If you have a subscription to every championship, stay here and have access to the Ciracas Sports Complex nearby. There is a swimming pool for children's entertainment, the price is affordable.

Very disappointing, apart from the poor service (no towels supplied until checkout, the check-in process was not smooth, asked for a deposit of IDR 100 thousand even though full payment had been made), the room was not very clean, the bed sheet had lots of stains.
