Unfriendly staff, dirty room, peeling walls, looks like it's not being maintained, smelly room, dirty bathroom, dirty and smelly towels like they haven't been washed, dirty toilet, low water, not worth it. Winning only in access to public facilities. Try the hotel, improve the workers first. Guests should be welcomed, not just indifferent, as if the hotel doesn't need customers.

Clean bed, clean room, toilet tap is a bit broken. If you stay here, take a middle or back room, not the front because it is a bit noisy on the edge of the highway

The room is not well maintained, the sofa is dusty so my sister's allergies flare up. It's stuffy and humid. When we arrived, we just sprayed it with perfume, but the perfume is also not nice, just a regular spray. Even though the price is quite good, you know. + point the food is delicious, the staff is quite friendly even though they keep disappearing, staying here because it is the closest to the destination location.

The staff is responsive & friendly, the broken TV was immediately replaced. The hotel's location in front of the road is easy to find. The car park can accommodate 5 cars, there is a separate motorbike parking area. Get a soft & comfortable double bed, thick and clean sheets & blankets. Get 2 bottles of drinking water, 2 towels, 2 soaps, 2 toothbrushes. The AC is very cold, even though the AC is turned off, it still feels cold. The bathroom is clean but the bathroom door handle is worn out, there are no clothes hangers in the bathroom, there is no hot water

The motorbike has to be pushed into place at a small gate, so it's difficult to get in and out because it's narrow.

The advantages are being in the city of Cimahi, it's quite easy to find on the side of the road, and the room size is standard, provided with basic amenities such as towels, toothbrushes and soap. But the guesthouse service is not friendly, the sheets and towels are dirty, the bathroom gives off a bad smell (septic tank) so it's uncomfortable, the bathroom water flow is small, the hot water doesn't turn on, the bathroom ceiling looks like it's leaking, the water tap is rusty, narrow parking lot. With the price I got around 475,000/night from the application for a superior double room, this is the worst guesthouse ever :).

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Hot water available at certain times. No room service or buffet breakfast. Hope that'll change soon. This place is great for you who look a place to crash in only.

From Bogor, I wanted to find the closest inn to my destination, right when I got out of the toll road, it was difficult to find the hotel point, after asking around, I finally found it right on the side of the main road. For comfortable rooms, there are warm water facilities, towels and soap are provided, the receptionist is okay, but unfortunately the security guard is not friendly when greeting and right at the hotel. It must be evaluated on how to welcome guests and manners towards guests.

The room is queen bed instead of twin beds as ordered, got the room with cigarette smells left over on the room, AC is automatic off every hour so needed to put it on every hour, the free water is only 1 bottle whole there were 2 guests and the corridor to the stairs-way is dirty of trashes. The front desk in the morning knocked my door asking when and with whom I was checked because I was not registered, this is a bad management since I let the officer copied my ID card and he copied it.

Tempat tidur reyot, mau lepas. Kamar mandi kotor berkarat, TV mati. Sprei ada bercak noda. Tingakatkan kebersihan kenyamanan kalo mau dapat bintang 5.

It's worse that the hotel has no water because the reason is that the faucet runs out in the bathroom. A bucket is not provided to accommodate water. It's just that I gave up staying there, there was no drinking water, I had to buy my own toilets, generally dirty.

The bathroom water is very dirty yellow sheets itching I intend to stay so lazy if the sheets itch and the water is yellow, there is no acne really the place.
