First time staying here. Booked suddenly because there was a change in travel plan. It turned out that the hotel is very close to the center of the crowd. Many choices of places to eat and near a bookstore. So it is an alternative choice of hotel if you go to Bandung again.

Refund rejected by the hotel. If there is no room available with the requested additional facilities (eg. smoking room), the hotel and service provider should immediately provide information quickly and clearly to the consumer if the hotel cannot fulfill the additional request and the consumer can cancel and request a refund for their order.

The hotel is nice, clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast food is delicious, especially the curry lontong.. just as a note, please pay attention to the bathroom door hinges in each room so that no one is locked from the inside like me and my friend..

the food is varied, basically everything is delicious, except for the curry lontong which we found too sweet. The staff is friendly, early check-in registration is easy and served quickly so you just have to pick up the key at check-in time. Room facilities, refrigerator, hot shower are all ok. There is also a water dispenser in the corridor

very strategic location, close to FO, BIP, jogja supermarket and places to eat. Cleanliness is still lacking, the floor is full of dust. it seems like the table and bed were not moved when cleaned, so a lot of dust appeared from under the table and bed. overall with competitive prices, it is still worth staying here again

Stayed 2 nights here very satisfied with the service provided. Have stayed at utc dago 2x, very strategic location near the shopping center. All hotel staff are friendly, healthy & success always for all 🙏. If I go to Bandung I want to stay here again 👍.

The location is close to Jl Riau, if you want to find delicious food, it's very close to everywhere. The staff service is also friendly. The parking lot is also quite spacious for a city center hotel, which usually city center hotels have small parking lots. If I go to Bandung, I will stay here again

(+) strategic location, friendly staff, good wifi and comfortable for work, fast check in/out process, good mattress and pillow, lots of sockets in the room, adequate parking. (-) the room feels "old", the room is not soundproof (the sound of the cellphone from the next room is really audible), there are stains on the sheets, pillow cases, bed covers, and curtains that make it uncomfortable, there are spider webs on the bathroom ceiling.

Very strategic location, close to BIP, Gramedia and BEC. All can be reached on foot in no more than 15 minutes. The room is very comfortable and the facilities are complete for the price of 450 thousand.
