The place is accessible to the city center

Location is good but the place not clean towel have ink wall have ink too.

Strategic place but in terms of comfort and cleanliness less than satisfactory.

Please improve your room hygiene. Some spider web and dust in room.. Moreover, TV channel no signal, WiFi signal is very weak and unable to use.

First and last for this hotel, sure you can get a better hotel than this.

The hotel is nice and clean. Water provided

The room was comfortable & bed linen clean. However the television speaker had a high pitch humming sound causing the sound quality to be greatly compromised. On top of that the karaoke next door was also v noisy the whole night long.

Cheap price, near to bus station and mall, very convenient

Room ok. The location is ok because there are many places to eat cheap and affordable walking ja, mcd kfc also close, as Malay rice were already close to noon. It's just that there are no lifts, I'm in my mid-30s, climbing up the stairs, imagine if I have any more parents? High stairs, tired with heavy bags.

WiFi speed. Even the restaurants are close by, so the food here is immediate. McD, KFC, pizza hut close by.

Clean and spacious room, just WiFi not good, hotels close to KFC, MYDIN MALL, McD, Game Square, fully equipped.

Bad toilet ceilings, hot water may be the smell of fishing.

The accommodation is clean and near to bus station thus make easy to travel every where. surrounding plenty place to find foods. For budget traveller this hotel is quite enough.

Noisy, due to the adjoining room with karaoke center.

Nice place, clean and best part, they used coway water purifier.

They not prepare muslim prayer mat in their room...but overall is ok excellent for me...
