I ORDERED A SUPERIOR ROOM AND WAS DIRECTED TO A TWIN ROOM. THE RECEPTIONIST SAID IT WAS ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THE TOILET. TURNED OUT, I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR POOR SERVICE.

I'm really happy to get a hotel that's close to my business destination I'm not staying long, but I'm happy to get a discounted price Thank you

The room smelled of cigarettes and the receptionist was not very friendly.

The AC was hot, there was no elevator and I got a room on the 3rd floor. I couldn't sleep last night because it was so hot. Not to mention the requirement for an extra bed which cost more than half the price of the room.

The room was clean, but the AC wasn't cold at all, then I complained to the staff and asked for a solution, but they offered it. Check out at 10 pm, I won't stay here twice.

Everything is okay except for the air conditioner, there is a timer so every 30 minutes it turns off it has to be turned on.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the AC is cold. Next, stay here again when you go to Batulicin.

The receptionist is just as rude as a bus driver, the toilet smells, the air conditioner isn't cold enough.

Harga terjangkau, kamar bersih, shower air hangat, handuk bersih dan yang terpenting ada sarapan pagi jadi mau memulai aktivitas gak usah repot-repot nyari sarapan keluar. Saya kalau berangkat kerja ke Kotabaru pasti singgah di Sunrise.
