Parking is a bit difficult...we get stuck in parking lots

super noisy, old lobby, old and tiny room, front staff is rude, the room is not clean, there is no parking at the hotel, even for motorbike.

Always love this hotel, close to everywhere I want to reach.

Nice place. Near from everywhere, even I was walking to Fort Cornwallis, in the middle of city. Near with bus station as well. Definitely will come back.

Clean, comfortable, slept very soundly, before I knew it, it was already morning.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean (just not soundproof), close to culinary and busy locations, there are laundry facilities.

Good service, no gimmick. Clean, Friendly staff. But if you need more spacious room, this not the right place.

It would be much more helpful if the hotel had an elevator to the second floor. Hair dryers, soap, and shower caps are provided. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, close to convenience stores and a food court. A self-service laundry facility is under construction next to the hotel lobby.

We enjoyed our stay in iStay. Their hospitality is remarkable. The location is superb, especially for culinary experiences. Some hospitals can be reached within 15-20 minutes by walking or around five minutes using car. The TV channels are good and can be connected to YouTube and Netflix.

The place is okay, everything is close. Finding anything to eat is not difficult. If you want to eat durian, it is also close. The location is close to 2 fast food like buffet. To Loh Guan Lye and Island hospitals are also still within walking distance. To Gurney Plaza is around 6-7RM by Grab.

Overall it's good enough to stay here.

Will be back for sure 🥹🫶. I stay near Ms. Food court, near Nasi Lemak Wak Zee, breakfast food, Zus Coffee, near mall, near supermarket, near gas station. I loved it! Bathroom super clean, bedroom spacious, with affordable price. Thank you I stay 🫶

For its price, definitely very nice & proper hotel, very strategic location 👍. Will stay here again for my next visit, hope they have any rooms left. If anyone has complaints about this hotel, might as well go get some 5 star hotel 😁

Our stay was excellent. However, it will be much better if the hotel provides a lift for those who can't use stairs or gave us the room at ground floor.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, in front and beside the hotel there is a food center that is open until late at night so you don't have to worry about being hungry. The lobby can take beautiful photos. Bracelets with welling, Heng Bean and Mix store.. Next time will stay here again

The room is very comfortable and close to the bus stop. There are many food stalls, especially basi kandar, which are Muslim friendly.

friendly staff, the hotel is in the city center, close to the food court, pharmacy too. good access to transportation. Grab is also abundant. Near the famous souvenir shop Ben Huang.
