The rooms are a bit dirty, don't match the photos. bathroom lights off,

The hotel is not clean, the staff is polite but not responsive, a little bit scary but close to the city.

Good service, there is a swimming pool.

Jutek, the door was broken locked 2 times in the toilet.

The location of the environment is a bit poorly maintained, wifi is there but far from the router, room cleanliness and room facilities are no problem.

We book through the application at a cheaper price than buying on the spot, at check-in, we pay at that price, the guard's face is sour, then I ask for help to clean he answered a bit slow, before noon we go out and at night we came home, the room was not cleaned at all. The next day, when I wanted to check-out, I gave the key to the guard, I thanked him but he didn't answer, it was a very, very bad service .

The air conditioner is cold, the rooms are spacious, unfortunately the building is quite old and there is no mat to get out of the bathroom.

The hotel looked old and dirty especially the bathroom. The pictures of room and facilities unreliable. When I made the complaints the staff just ignored and saying all the rooms just the same. I didn't check in because I could not imagine to stay in this hotel. The staff and the owner simply saying because it's cheaper that's all you can get. I had booked other hotels cheaper than this but it wasn't look bad and dirty as this hotel. Really unrecommended for the staying and the attitudes of the staff.

It's very good and affordable room. I loved spending time at the balcony overlooking the pool. The staffs were friendly as well. One thing though. I hated a huge pile of dirty bed sheets on the entrance stairs and it was there the whole day and night. I hope they'll be more concerned about that.

Just entering the room had a stuffy smell, a lot of sand, a dirty tap. Before going to bed I installed a towel bed which was given because the smell of sheets was rarely cleaned. At midnight I woke up and there were bumps on my knees and face, because I felt itchy I got up and saw 2 ticks running near the pillow. I opened the sheets and there were a few more bugs there. As a result, I can't sleep anymore. This is a nightmare for me. Please advise the hotel to maintain the cleanliness of the room. Especially the bed.
