The food is not varied, if you order Gojek food, the security guard, receptionist won't accept it, there is no iron, for staying in Surabaya.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is homey, the room interior is really good.

It's terrible. I paid 700,000 Rupiah for the room. I only got a choice of fried noodles or fried rice for breakfast, delivered to my room. It was delivered at 9:30 a.m. and it was cold. Unbelievable.

The hotel is clean, simple, and quite comfortable. There are plenty of food vendors around the hotel.

All the staff I met at this hotel were very friendly. Overall, I was satisfied and did not regret booking this room.

the room is very not soundproof, the sound from the next room is clearly audible, very disturbing. Moreover, there is a small child in the next room at 2 am who is really having a tantrum, the sound of people chatting can be heard, let alone the sound of a child crying.

Easy check in and out and the staff is also friendly.

3-star hotel located near Campus C Unair. The rate is almost the same as other hotels near campus. The standard room is not so spacious so you can't add an extra bed, but the interior is aesthetic and contemporary. Breakfast has limited variations and is not provided as a buffet but is delivered to each room, you are asked to choose when checking in. There is a car park in the basement but the number is limited. What's unique is that the Lobby/Reception is on the 3rd floor

The hotel is comfortable, especially being close to malls, but the room is HOT because of the big windows. The AC works fine, but the room is just too hot to handle in the evening and afternoon.

poor service info was a bit rude when checking in room was too small upgraded from superior to double deluxe but the bed was not like deluxe and the price was quite expensive in its class. breakfast only 2 choices of fried rice and fried noodles.

The First Time and will be the last time to stay at this terrible hotel which on the way to get bankrupt..., restaurant closed, only a few staf working there whom also not profesional on their field, breakfast ala carte (not buffet) which probably order from the restaurant/warung arround hotel area, i book the room for 4 person with breakfast included for 1,5 Million Rupiah, which my exspectation by the price got big room and bathtub including breakfast for 4 person (normaly with that price as it said to in a booking, also nice buffet breakfast) but was shock me.. i got regular room only 2 big bed (fit 4 people) and only shower, also breakfast ala carte finaly come only for 2 person...this is crazy, i felt was getting cheat by reception hotel staff.., if i knew that...then with the same price i would get 2 room with the same sized and fasilities room...with breakfast for 4 person, they seem on the way to get bankrupt verysoon...as AC on lift, hall was shut off (hot), event the AC in the room not that could at all (no maintanance)...terrible

In general, it is quite good, good location. The hotel is strategically located near Galaxy Mall. But, the air conditioner in my room is not cool even though I set it at 20 degrees.
