poor service info was a bit rude when checking in room was too small upgraded from superior to double deluxe but the bed was not like deluxe and the price was quite expensive in its class. breakfast only 2 choices of fried rice and fried noodles.

Easy access, clean, comfortable, can see the outdoors.

The First Time and will be the last time to stay at this terrible hotel which on the way to get bankrupt..., restaurant closed, only a few staf working there whom also not profesional on their field, breakfast ala carte (not buffet) which probably order from the restaurant/warung arround hotel area, i book the room for 4 person with breakfast included for 1,5 Million Rupiah, which my exspectation by the price got big room and bathtub including breakfast for 4 person (normaly with that price as it said to in a booking, also nice buffet breakfast) but was shock me.. i got regular room only 2 big bed (fit 4 people) and only shower, also breakfast ala carte finaly come only for 2 person...this is crazy, i felt was getting cheat by reception hotel staff.., if i knew that...then with the same price i would get 2 room with the same sized and fasilities room...with breakfast for 4 person, they seem on the way to get bankrupt verysoon...as AC on lift, hall was shut off (hot), event the AC in the room not that could at all (no maintanance)...terrible

Check in process was easy, rooms were spacious and clean.

In general, it is quite good, good location. The hotel is strategically located near Galaxy Mall. But, the air conditioner in my room is not cool even though I set it at 20 degrees.

Facilities and comfort according to price. Close to shopping center.

1. Deposit 200 thousand is too expensive, must be cash if transfer/qris can only be returned 7 days after check out. 2. Bed sheets smell and have hair. 3. Towels smell 4. AC is not cold 5. Staff are friendly

The prayer room is inadequate. The price is not comparable to the facilities.

Breakfast a la carte choices are standard and limited, not buffet type. No restaurant or room service. Close to Galaxy Mall.

The family room is not big enough so it feels cramped with 2 150 size beds.

Breakfast service is still not buffet (still delivered according to the requested choice). The mattress should be king size (minimum 180x200) but after I measured it myself, the size was 160x200 (queen size). Sorry, for the honest review.

Grab just made it difficult to leave food for hotel guests

many things about the entrance there is no guard the room we took was for 4 pax but the amenities were only for two even though it said 4 pax the security guard couldn't let us have Gojek food so we had to rush down to get it
