Affordable, for the price it is very good.

The lady is very nice and friendly. Check in/out is very fast. Walking to ICE BSD takes less than 10 minutes and you will reach the gate of hall 5, suitable for those who are going to events or watching concerts there.

A boarding house that can be rented daily, suitable for those who are having an event at ICE BSD until night and need a room to sleep for one night. The distance to Hall 1 is quite close, only about 7 minutes walk.

Need a place to stay for an event at ICE BSD? This is really nice, very close to the ICE hall, even to Hall 10 it's only an 800 meter walk The rooms are comfortable, clean and the environment is also quiet Minuses: 1. Cluster area, hard to find a place to shop or eat that can be walked, everything must be taken by ojol or order delivery 2. Cellular and wifi connections are not smooth, poor signal and slow 3. The location is inside a housing complex, very close to ice bsd, just walking distance. If for a short stay or transit it's OK. It's a bit difficult to find culinary places around the location, so you have to order through Ojol. There is hot water in the bathroom, wifi is also OK.

The staff is friendly and nice. Although small but the room is very comfortable. Suitable for those who want to have a concert at ice bsd.

Yesterday I stayed here because I watched a concert at ICE hall 1. It's really close, just walk. If I watch another concert at Ice, I will stay here again.

Kamar bersih harum rapih, ramah pelayanannya.

The owner is friendly and responds quickly, the staff on duty are also friendly, the rooms are quite clean, you can get towels and toiletries, okay for a short break if there is an event at ICE because the location is still walkable. Oh yes, there's an adorable cat ❤.

Buying food is very difficult but the accommodation service is good.

Tempatnya nyaman, deket ke ICE jadi kalo mau ada konser enak banget nginep di sini. Bersih dan pelayanannya baik.

Tempatnya bukan hotel tapi kos kosan.

It 's okay for just sleeping if you have a full day event in the area. The room is somewhat clean and hot shower is working. It 's working as a regular boarding house, so other tenants might be a bit noisy because the walls are not soundproof (very common in Indonesia tho). When I stayed, one tenant wore her high heels to go downstairs in the morning, so it was quite bothersome. However, still a value for money for just a quick stay for just sleeping shortly.

Lokasinya dekat dengan ICE BSD, jadi kalau nonton konser di sana bisa jalan kaki, untuk kamarnya bersih, kamar mandinya juga bersih, cuma kurangnya TV gak bisa di pakai, mungkin nanti bisa di usahakan ada channel di TV nya.
