The hotel is close to the beach, close to various shops...just walking distance

Just the parking and lobby to north wing was very dark during night time. but the surroundings of the hotel is very accessible. Our stay was on Deepavali eve, the fireworks at 12am was superb amazing from our unit.

Lots of bird droppings near the windows/sliding doors.

Friendly staff. Good location, accessibility to all places near the hotel. Nice room and clean with a view. One small thing that can make it easier for guests is room service with a-bit long hours for ordering foods.

We got a partial sea view, it 's beautiful. The breakfast quality has dropped.

Have shared a good experience with this hotel on my previous stays but unfortunately not for this time. After entered into the room, found I was given a connecting room. Going for short vacation to rest and relax but the room given was not comfortable at all. Do call front desk to change to other room because too noisy with the next room guest talking so loud, kids shouting, playing and knocking the connecting door but they refused with reason there's no other room available and ALL rooms was fully booked. I went there on weekdays. The swimming pool and surrounding area also looks like not well maintained. So my vacation day and night to rest and relax in the hotel room wasted.

A nice hotel apartment located within walking distance to the beach. Check in is smooth and easy. The staff is kind and polite. My apartment is in 9th floor. The unit is big and clean. The view also awesome. Definitely will come back again next time.

Everything was oke. Except 1 air conditioner in the penthouse room not functioning well.

Hotel area is convenient. Near to a lot of amenities. However, 2 things needed to be massively improve. Lift waiting time is unacceptable, and room cleanliness need to be improve as well.

I and my wife had a pleasant stay in this hotel for a 2 days 1 night holiday. The hotel's facilities and rooms were good. However the room that I stayed its bathroom's sliding door has a bit problem. TV's channel very limited. And the corridor walkway were a bit dirty. I saw used mask left on the floor. I know it's not easy to maintain such a big hotel but I hope management could improve it to be better. The hotel's surrounding is superb with a lot of restaurants and convenience shops. The hotel's private & garden & seaside are well maintained and also a good spot to walkaround but it close at night. As for the public garden, the seaside is a must to walk around with its nice sea view scenery. Although the breakfast was a bit simple but acceptable and also with its nice well setup. The parking is convenient as it's allocated in the upper floor of the building and as well outside the building. All staffs were very friendly. We were very happy & satisfied & I will definitely come back again on our next holiday.

Bathroom clogged drain for room S8-10B. Please get management to fix it.

Great location and the room was very clean.

Good and fast service during check in and check out. Room was clean even after 2years pkp with very good presure shower. Got veriety of breakfast with SOP in placed.

Bath room water sink is clog. No bath mat is available. Room cleanliness need to be improved.
