Just a good hotel except for the allocations for the rooms, parking, lobby, facilities are not so convenient. You may get lost finding your own room with limited lifts availability.

Asked for a king bed, he gave me twin beds.

The room is clean and comfortable, but the pillows are thin.

room cleanliness is not very well, i have to clean up the room by myself because floor is very dusty. there is someone throwing up im front of the Ground Floor lift and it is still not being cleaned after i came back from my breakfast, which is about an hour later. location is Good since very near to TF and beautiful Zus cafe. i do enjoy watching sunset and sunrise at the shore.

There is a lot of bird droppings outside the corridor, sorry to say.

lift button always not workable, probily can do routine cleaning at private seaside, got glass and sharp item

The hotel is close to the beach, close to various shops...just walking distance

Just the parking and lobby to north wing was very dark during night time. but the surroundings of the hotel is very accessible. Our stay was on Deepavali eve, the fireworks at 12am was superb amazing from our unit.

Lots of bird droppings near the windows/sliding doors.

Friendly staff. Good location, accessibility to all places near the hotel. Nice room and clean with a view. One small thing that can make it easier for guests is room service with a-bit long hours for ordering foods.

We got a partial sea view, it 's beautiful. The breakfast quality has dropped.

Pleasant to stay with nice sea view from the room. Spacious building. Staff very friendly. Will repeat again next time!

Have shared a good experience with this hotel on my previous stays but unfortunately not for this time. After entered into the room, found I was given a connecting room. Going for short vacation to rest and relax but the room given was not comfortable at all. Do call front desk to change to other room because too noisy with the next room guest talking so loud, kids shouting, playing and knocking the connecting door but they refused with reason there's no other room available and ALL rooms was fully booked. I went there on weekdays. The swimming pool and surrounding area also looks like not well maintained. So my vacation day and night to rest and relax in the hotel room wasted.

A nice hotel apartment located within walking distance to the beach. Check in is smooth and easy. The staff is kind and polite. My apartment is in 9th floor. The unit is big and clean. The view also awesome. Definitely will come back again next time.
