Cleanliness okay. Only hot water doesn't work. The tv also doesn't work. Maybe it can be a correction. Let other guests be happy and recommend to friends.

Reservation for 4 days, on the day of check-in in the morning (around 9) Mrs. Ninik (seemed to be the owner) was contacted and was able to check in even though normally check-in is at 14.00 WIB. Ninik's mother is very friendly, informing me that I can get villa wukir 15 because wukir guests extend 8 a day. The shape and facilities of wukir 15 are exactly the same as wukir 8 even though it is located in the very back corner but that's okay because you bring 4 small children who are quite noisy. 1st floor facilities:* 2 gallon aqua.* 1 queen bed bedroom.* toilet without hot water.* android tv & stb.* fast wifi.* fully equipped kitchen (2 melon gas cylinders, plates, spoons, forks, pots, pans , dish soap, magic jar) 2nd floor facilities:* 1 twin bed room (permanent cannot be shifted/merged)* bathroom with hot water (maximum 10 minutes of use after that it takes time to heat the water)* 1 empty room/ locked shed.* balcony with small clothesline. Plus:* cheap.* can accommodate 10-14 people if you bring your own extra bed (wind mattress/folding mattress).* close to tourist sites (jatim park 1-2-3, city center, and bns) maximum 7-10 minutes to tourist sites. * Close to minimarkets / stalls. * In the morning there are fried food sellers using motorbikes, chicken porridge. Afternoon meatball seller. At night there are satay sellers. * You can cook yourself to be economical, especially because of the long stay, so the cost is only to buy tickets at tourist attractions which are quite expensive. I brought my own grill pan. Minus:* no chopping board for those who want to cook for themselves.* fridge, to be precise the mini bar is not cold and water is seeping from the bottom.* hot water is a bit of a hassle because you have to wait for the heater, you have to balance it with boiling water using a pan. Hot water is vital for children and seniors. * The bucket in the toilet/ bathroom is small so you have to be smart when using hot water. * The lights in each room are a bit dim except in the toilet/ bathroom. * The power plugs in the 1st floor rooms are off and dangerous for children. Murmer villa in the middle of the city, yes in this wukir. Overall satisfied staying here. Thank you for the facilities.

The place is nice and cool. The place is clean.

The villa is very cozy, very close to the Batu square and others, unfortunately the villa does not provide a receptionist / crew who can help ask if we need something for a customer to stay, for example the TV is very difficult because it uses a satellite dish and the wifi is clear. Overal good

Very comfortable to live in, clean and smell good.

The villas are basic, clean, cold, the bathroom is smooth, there is a complete stove, no loss to stay here.

The place is comfortable and suitable to bring the family, it's just that: the dead-end sink-the bathroom water heater sometimes works sometimes not-the stove is hard to light but overall the place is nice to accept.

Strategic location, close to transport and other museums. In the morning, many traders come to choose porridge, fried rice, yellow rice, uduk rice, and so on. Bring family fun.

The building was good and modern but the cleanliness is a shamble. Kitchen facilities were unusable and filthy. Walls were so thin that I could hear the neighbors snoring and play loud till the early morning. Won't stay in here anymore!

Facilities are more or less the same as the description. 2-storey building. On the 1st floor there is a tv room, bedroom, toilet (not bathroom, only wc), kitchen with stove, LPG, plates, spoons, cups, pans and 1 gallon of drinking water. On the 2nd floor there are 1 room with 2 beds (1 queen, 1 single), bathroom with water heater (small warm water capacity), balcony and small clothesline. Quiet location inside a luxury housing, looking for food and minimarket is also not far away. Also close to the tourist sites in the rock. In the morning there are many who sell food around. To stay with children is very decent and enjoyable. Next time, I'll come here again to the stone

The location is hard to find, it doesn't match the map, the TV is broken so it makes bored, the hot water doesn't work, the lower room is dirty, the toilet is dirty, the bathroom smells of urine.

Nice place, close to tourist attractions, suitable for family holidays

Comfortable clean and cheap but not cheap. Not disappointed in the rent of the villa. When you rent it again when you go to Malang.

For a place that is quite quiet from the crowds (because the housing is not too crowded) access to special tourist sites JP 1,2 and M angkot is quite good. For occupancy, it was quite satisfactory, a little correction happened to me where I stayed the hot water was not so smooth, I had to wait for about 10 minutes to get out the hot water again, for adequate residential hygiene. For cleanliness outside the home must be considered. The facilities are quite adequate, even though there is less magic com, even though the display is there. The owner is quite responsive.

Very comfortable, and satisfying, the place is clean, the main thing can be used again if you have a vacation in Batu.

The owner is very kind, very open, and accommodating. The management team is also 24-hour standby. If there are complaints, they are very responsive and helpful. Early in the morning there is a fried foodie passing right in front of the house, not bad for breakfast. This unit is 2 floors, so rent 1 house for yourself with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. But if traveling with seniors or toddlers may be a bit troublesome because the bathroom below is very small so the shower must be in the upper bathroom.

Villa above expectations. Super complete clean there comfortable. Access to attractions is only around 30 or less

Of all the many good facilities, the bathroom shower can't be used. Finally using a tap of water is accommodated in a small bucket 😞
