It's so sad that this hotel is almost 400 thousand but the facilities are only wifi, TV with home channels, the water heater isn't hot so you just wipe your body when you shower, you were given 2 towels but 1 of them had a hole in it, there's no night light so you sleep using the main lamp, the elevator is broken so you have to climb the stairs, the stairs are very narrow, there's no thermos in the room, the drinking water is small, there are no clothes hangers, luckily it's just for transit, not staying for days hehe

It's quite close to Malioboro. For the price, it's quite affordable considering the facilities and room size.

1. It's best to have a smoking area outside the hotel so that cigarette smoke doesn't enter the rooms of other guests who don't like cigarette smoke. 2. It's best to provide a hot water dispenser so that guests who want to make coffee don't have to wait long because they have to heat it with an electric kettle.

Friendly staff and close to Malioboro, just walk.

stayed one night at Hotel Kristina, greeted by a friendly receptionist, we occupied room 105, the bed was clean, the AC was good, the bathroom was quite good, only the bathroom door was broken and could not be locked from the outside, maybe the hotel had not had time to fix it, the prayer room was not good, maybe it was located in the basement so it was not well maintained and a bit dark.

I experienced fraud at this hotel.

Favorite place if you want to stay around Malioboro

staff ok good friendly. but the room has bed bugs :( not comfortable. so I covered it again with the blanket that I brought. then it looks like the room was not swept. please maintain the cleanliness next time. then the elevator is really scary the sound every time it goes up it makes a sound like it's going to fall. the location is good, close to tugu station so you can walk. the staff is friendly and nice. only the cleanliness needs to be improved thank you hotel kristina

The room is hot, the AC doesn't work properly, but you can walk to Malioboro, that's the only convenience.

I recommend staying here again if I go to Jogja tomorrow

Clean room. Friendly service. Only +/- 300 m from Malioboro. Room 201 has a view of the city of Jogja and a spacious room. Just order for the bed frame to be replaced with a strong board because it makes noises and looks like it's about to break.

The hotel staff is friendly and the parking is safe, but unfortunately the toilet is dirty and the water heater doesn't work either.

Friendly hotel staff, good service. Only there are no sandals 😅. The location is good, very close to Malioboro, coincidentally I got a room on the 2nd floor with a good view.

The room AC doesn't work. The replacement was only given a dirty sitting fan, the electric socket didn't work, telephoned the receptionist slowres.

The room doesn't have enough paint, the walls are dirty near the window, there are leaks, the AC isn't cold enough, the lighting isn't optimal, overall it's ok for the budget.
